He probably thought I was a goon haah..I was so into Edgar ... well , that was a lot of fun...the miserable summer of 1986........ The concert was grand ...
This is a very cool period within their music. A study in the marriage of 'organic' and 'inorganic'...Failing all else, and like all things TD- quite a ride!!
Most Tangerine Dream heads notice that Edgar Froese always had a major hand in their album covers..and there was always a picture of Jerome stashed somewhere in the cover ..... for instance on ' Atem ' blatantly there.........on ' Rubycon ' stashed was in the back ... er ...honestly...getting so crusty can't find him here ..... sorry..... perhaps this is where Edgar stopped ....... sorry . Yes this is worth talking about ..... :)

No Bauman and a singer?! Me and my friends grumblend at first sight those days,but finaly this one became one of my favorites(Madrical Meridian blows minds). T.D mainly was the ispiration to buy my first sythesizer at 80's..This year I was in a nostalgic mood . I missed T.D,Zarre,K.Schulze e.t.c so I made the album "NOSTALGIA".ruclips.net/channel/UCsS9ICN39WIexXPegXW75vQ Just like the old days,only hardware synths,no loops,no PCs.It's a hard but beautiful way!! R.I.P Froese and Schulze.

I sort of liked Bent Cold Sidewalk.....was not appreciating the ' Pink Floyd ' type stuff ........ the song was pretty good ...had some foul ups that a lot of people didn't know or hear which made it suck . If You like it...that is all that matters then

私が一番感動した曲です。
日本で発売されたアルバムでのmadrigal meridianの曲名は「恋愛少詩」でしたが素晴らしい和訳になったと思いました。英語ではlove poetryでしょうか。楔をハンマーで打ち込むような音がしだいに楽器の音に変わっていくところは愛のもう一つの側面を表現していたと思いました。
