pro tip: beidou works great with most pyro characters since she can counter fire dmg from burning grass meaning you get a guaranteed counter every time you press E while standing on burning grass

Standing in fire during her hold also activates max counter, also, an elemental mastery overload tag team build with her and Diluc is very effective, and their bursts combine wonderfully and is borderline overpowered, and the pyro and electro presence gives elemental coverage over a multitude of enemies

@@tonywolf5127 who tf said anything about yanfei, we're talking about Beidou here, yanfei wouldn't work very well with an overload tag team, yanfei is a greedy character that doesn't play well with switching characters often
You dont need to hold E on top of Burning grass. Just tap E, given you ascended Beidou, it will be Full Counter
Problem with EM beidou is that You won't know who will trigger the reaction on electro reactions due to it being so random at times
@@ausche3448 EM Beidou works well with electro-charge team comps, because hydro apparently has a weird mechanic where it sticks itself to the enemy longer than other elements even after reactions(or at least with electro-charge). So having Xingqiu or Childe constantly hitting the enemy and re-applying hydro, Beidou is guaranteed to be the one causing the reactions.
This is from me and my cousin's observation, please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

She was my main DPS after I maxed Diluc... and enjoyed her A LOT MORE. Her counter is just SO satisfying and is overall so much more fun to play

That Inazuma craftable claymore has er as substat and awesome passive for generating er as well. So that might give more uptime for the ult. Plus, that new er artifact that give 20 er on its two pc, you can dedicate more to crit stats and atk.

I highly recommend a tag team of Beidou and Barbara. The latter normally heals the tank, but once Beidou activates her ultimate move, switch over to Barbara to go BRRRT in DPS...

Beidou is actually very nice in Heavy Stamina Consumption teams, as you can switch to her for a counter instead of dodging. Also, even at minimal HP benefits, Beidou is still pretty tanky given how freakishly high her counter shield HP scales with Beidou's own HP.

She was the VERY FIRST character I pulled because I said f u to the beginner banner for a long time and pulled on main and standard banner. I’ve been a Beidou main ever since. I’m chilling at AR-45 while I build up my characters. My general use team is Beidou, Albedo, Xiangling, and Ganyu.
im so glad i have Beidou. not whole 3 weeks in game, and already have her con 2, pulling her on my second pull (F2P!!!)

Also, definitely was planning to build Beidou before I saw this video and now I very much definitely want to build her.
Beidou's shield scales with hp so if you don't have anything else you can use it on her. Sacrificial is also nice on her (2x the counter= 2x the dmg) if you don't have anything else or use her as a support.
I remember getting her the first time I ever wished and struggled so hard to find the jade thingy to ascend her. (I haven’t unlocked Liyue back then and even after I did I had no idea where to look)
should've talked about her Physical build too, which it DOES benefit you having a Cryo for that sweet Superconduct but ok, i guess.
I'm here to whine about how I wasted all my 90 wishes but still didn't get ayaka. So.... Imma main beidou now🙂
i like how he complains ningguang wasn't available in most banners may ended up somewhat of a fail since their are leaks on the ayaka banner and it has ningguang in it.
Amazing guide! Good to know about the team comps because that's what I was strugling the most. Physical build for the win because I have Rosaria and she's the best Cryo character I have for that xD
(Other options being Qiqi and Chongyun. And the last one is pretty bad for that.)

Not sure if this is mentioned in the vid as i’ve just started, but her ele skill also pulses electro reactions off of her onto nearby enemies for ex, if she has cryo on her, activating her ele skill triggers a small burst of superconduct that hits enemies, the same goes for overload and electro charge from what I can tell.
I'm here because I want to become a Beidou main now, especially since the new Inazuma quests made me like her so much
I just have to start practising using her counter thing tho

If someone is looking for a build on beido and you want her as the one that does elemental reactions I recommend yo don't concentrate on crit rate/damage since the elemental reaction from electro aren't affected by dose so instead I recommend elemental mastery

For weapons, the forgeable claymore from Inazuma is great for support beidou. ER with a passive that increases skill dmg.
