All devices "should appear" in Update devices tab... However, knowing the IP of my device using the shure device discovery tool and knowing the subnet mask after connecting to the web interface of the MXA910. The MXA910 does not show up on the update devices tab. There is no way to ask the app to check again. I have also changed the setting within the network tab to look for the device over ethernet. I have also changed my IPv4 properties to the same subnet and a proximal IP that is within a few number way from the last octate of the said device.
This is the worst update utility ever invented. Tried it on MAC and Windows. Tutorial Videos are not complete. Shure needs rained educators who know how to teach.
it would be nice to show how to connect devices with computer in details. Hello!

Is there a fast way to update 2 dozen ULX-D transmitters? Holding each one in front of the receiver is very, very tedious.

...this should be a much more seamless experience.
