What a cool way to do an inlay. In this day of the cnc woodworking, its cool seeing it done old school. Going to have to get me some milliput and add this to my todo list; I've got everything else, why not :) Thanks for the inspiration Harry.
Thank you Al, I really appreciate your comments, And Sorry for the delay things have been hectic over the last few weeks, Best wishes to you and the family, Cheers, Harry

Very nice. I was wondering about the joint at the top showing. You did a great job concealing it. I am definitely going to add this to my list of things to do.
Yes I agree, I think that silver/grey milliput would look a lot better on darker wood, Thank you for dropping by and taking the time to comment, Best wishes. Harry
Lovely job Harry. I have done a couple of key rings with the scroll saw and Milliput as an inlay, using the technique for the box lid is a great idea. Cheers, Jim

That's great Harry. I wondered how you were going to achieve the knot and the Milliput line to hide the join was a great idea :) I still have to have a go with Milliput and I will have to have a go soon before Mr Overton starts getting at me ;)
