I am obsessed with this piece and have listened to nearly every version on YT and I love this one. It's a bit faster in the later variations and I like that, makes it stand out from the others, Bravo!
Bravo! This piece is deceptive in its apparent simplicity, but it takes great care to play with the subtly and gentleness that it calls for. I can hear little Ariina starting out in a dire condition, then slowly healing and returning until she is finally playful, joyful and skipping about again at the end. Your rendition feels most faithful to this and is the best I've come across. Excellent work!
