I would put premium time 1st. The argument that it isn't permanent is bad considering your recommendation for the battlepass. To max out the battlepass you need to play every day. Premium you can buy in bulk or activate when you can play. If you plan to play enough for the battlepass then premium time is better.
Thats a fair argument. But I tried to take into consideration of how much that person is willing to spend; if its one time purchase of 10k GE for example, I would follow my ratings - you should get some premium vehicles and more crew slots before premium account. If you are willing to buy more or more often then sure, Premium Acc is very worth it, especially if you play a lot.

Nooo, never spend your GE for SL :D Forgot to mention that. You are better off just buying a premium vehicle and grinding SL that way.
