Basically every paid review you see is a fake review. Reviewers don't get paid unless they only say good things about their product. Hard to trust any of em these days.

@@Texansfan59Not every paid review is fake. Paid reviews don't always mean that theyre being paid to say nice things either. Sometimes it's just "show this thing to your Audience". I've watched plenty of paid reviews where the product is objectively criticized and not praised. An example is Cyberpunk 2099. Both paid and non paid reviews were calling out the negative parts of the game. That eventually led the game being reworked. There has even been recent controversy talking about if negative reviews destroy sales and a company. So it's a mixed bag

The game is actually really good. I’m in the closed alpha. The reason I believe that have this clause is people love to hate netease and marvel, and blizzard shills have every reason in the world to make sure no competition arises because then they have competition in their creator spaces. It’s not a good look, but if you’re in the Overwatch community you’d understand that they are literally stockholmed to the game and launch hate campaigns on anything close to it.
If I cannot review a beta, I will not play it. What is the point? Betas are made to be criticized so the companies can learn how to improve it. I guess they don't want to improve it. Just consume it!

So, if they're going to ban anyone who negatively reviews the game, doesn't that invalidate any good reviews of the game? Like, you could literally say to anyone who has anything good to say about the game that their opinion is invalid because they're scared of getting banned. you know whats funny i just heard the gameplay audio alone outside my room and heard the abilities refresh sound and found that the audio clip is exactly the same as overwatch i kid you not. even the ping and hitmaker sounds are the exact same. i gave my brother Bluetooth earbuds to listen while hes playing OW2 and asked if this a new update for OW2 with hulk as a limited time guest character. you know something's definitely up if a consistent fan who continuously plays OW has no way to differentiate between what theyre playing and what is coming to market

When we used to play City of Heroes- you could make your own superheroes from lists of power sets and play the game as them… Marvel and DC lawyers actually tried to say THEY OWN ALL THE RIGHTS to superheroes! And video games of them. That was absurd! 😡
The online game would not let you use the copyrighted names of preexisting characters, but they allowed generic hero design copies.
If people read any of the license agreements to games and took them seriously, gaming would be a niche market.

The funny thing is - if you're playing it, and it sucks, and you say it sucks; they think cutting off your access is a "punishment." All this is going to do is cost them potential players - and lord help them find new work if they actually try to legally go after anyone who did just click to play. The ONLY reason they'd include comparison to Overwatch is a potential legal liability = If they knew it was that close to Overwatch in the first place, they themselves might just be liable to get sued by Activision Blizzard, and are trying to avoid that. Which is doubly stupid, as it only brings attention to that very fact.
I can't believe what a rip-off this is. I can even tell THE EXACT OVERWATCH MAPS they reskinned. It's the sabe layout. This is insane how they can get away with this. The ultimates are THE SAME, even the same poses. It's literally a RESKIN!

What sucks is the game is actually good. For only being in alpha it’s honestly pretty good. There’s plenty of kinks it needs to work out but still for an alpha it’s promising which is something I wouldn’t think I would say about a 2024 marvel game. I think this was a massive blunder on their part, hearing players problems allows you to fix them, if you can’t hear what’s wrong how do you know what needs to be fixed.
