I gave it my all ... 25 years of faithful marriage, struggled to pay 4 years of college for my daughter, had a series of 3 heart surgeries and lost my career due to illness ... just to find out this week that my wife has decided to move out with my 21 year old daughter and start a new life without me ... I sit alone, empty, completely lost ... I find this song on youtube and well ... I never knew a human could suffer as much loss as I have in one lifetime and still draw breath ... thanks for the song, I needed the cry

Thor Azine I totally understand and I’m sorry. I’ve had so many knives stuck in my back just by being kind. I don’t know why, but I’m here still breathing, heart still beating. Both my grown children have nothing to do with me. Husband left for someone with money. I’m totally alone, but I’m still here for some reason. The pain will make you stronger, I know that from experience. Better things will come your way. 💕

This song and the whole album got me through some of the hardest times of my life, where I was on the verge of ending it all, this song was how I felt at that time, but the power within the layout of the album gave me strength to pull myself out of darkness, thank you like a storm
I can relate so much to this song, someone who suffered from an eating disorder and an severe depressive disorder since I was 15, alot of these inspirational songs speak to me on so many levels, there are days where it's harder then most, feeling mentally and emotionally drained I push myself everyday for my daughter who is the best thing that's ever happened to me, and the one person I was missing in my life, I don't ever want her to go through the same hurt her mommy went through, seeing her healthy and happy is enough for me to push myself harder to do better everyday💜

Its good, but I don't like the depression subtext. The pandering to the "omg I'm so depressed I wanna kill myself" crowd is really offputting. I love metal, the speed, the passion, everything about it. But in these songs all I see is boredom. What happened to songs about having sex with hot chicks or driving fast cars. That's what I came to love about metal. I came for the song but stayed for the music, and there's a certain pitch that isn't present in a lot of metal nowadays. I look forward to future work but no more of this touchy feely bullshit, I want something that will plant me back in my seat blown away in sheer awe by how amazing it is.
If you want meaningless materialistic shit go listen to attila or some shit man.
