Very few people know that the music is composed by Ghanshyam Vaswani for Forget Me Not album.
The style matches so much that it is difficult to believe that it's not Jagjit Singh himself.
Ghanshyam ji is disciple of Jagjit sir.
There is recent episod on jagjiterians with Ghanshyambhai which he explains about this.
My favourite ghazal mastro...I have been listening to his gazal since last 25 years.... there cannot be another jagir Singh Ji...what a voice..and rendering...you just do not want to Stop listening....
