This is the best this game has felt. I love how good leveling feels. Now I can actually play alt characters like I wanted too since the beginning. Before leveling was such a slog it was hard to level alts.
What? It's funny easy, like you can decimate the capstone dungeons at half the required lvl. Takes less than 10h to get to 100. 6h if you're going fast. Should be atleast double imo. And gear drops too often. Half that also. But double the gold, by god gold is rare.
if they was to make all those changes, you would complain that it’s too much of a grind, kinda like how the one thing you do really have to grind for (gold) you did just complain about. Face it, no matter what happens with the game or what changes are made, you will always find a way to complain because that’s what you’re actively looking for.
For me it's just perfect. I'm a dad who only has a couple of hours to game each week. In this new season I feel like I am making progress each time I hop in. In previous seasons I felt it was a waste of time trying level up, it was going nowhere
I started season one Pre-Order, did everything possible and when I started season 2 I just left after around level 30..... I didn't plan to return til the game was better tuned and from my perspective season 4 has been incredible. I can do whatever I want to do and it seems to be going great,. I like the fast leveling because I have sooo many games in my back log I want to play. I think Diablo 4 should be this way, pick it up during a new season, try a new class / spec and have fun
Spot on, the grind to 100 in season one was beyond terrible... just constant nightmare dungeon farming, mind-numbing farming and just losing interest in the game. I stopped around level 80, because I genuinely couldn't find any interest in doing nightmare dungeons, even pushing high tier, nothing can keep you engaged for that long.
@@AltAccount-ec2ck I heard that too, Druid is getting some much needed love, I'll probably try that out next season for sure. I'm have a literal blast on Fire Sorc, AoE build myself. It's satisfying watching everything burn, I speced into Teleport to get through rep grinds faster in dungeons. I'm actually enjoying this season enough to do all the rep haha.
Sort of? Not really? It depends on your perspective. If I think about it from the perspective of a core gamer tha used to play Diablo 2 that just got into Diablo 4 for the first time, I would be bored to tears and laugh. If you are a casual gamer that wants a video game that is basically Netflix with a controller .. the campaign is pretty good. Its kind of sad that you have to hit level 100 to really start having a good time as a true gamer, but some of the same pain, terror, and fun of Diablo 2 is there. I worry about keeping someone with ADHD interested long enough to get to the end of the game without being carried to the end by their buddies. But once i hit level 100 mobs, I did start really having fun as a core gamer that used to play D2
I am an alt-a-holic. I make 4-5 characters every season. The game is only challenging at the end. I have 4 100s so far. I like this. I play for a month and then play a couple other games and come back each season.
The people who have multiple level 100s, especially streamers got there by using profane mindcages, exliar of antivenin, normal exliar, incense and party group bonus with someone who can one-tap blood maiden and carry them to wt4, then spawned her in the helltides continously without stopping whilst having the sasonal xp bonus up as well.
Making leveling faster is much better imo as the dev want us to get to the end games sooner because that'd where all the action is, having it be a slog to level then having to reset next season just isn't fun when you can't gear up builds properly by the time new seasons come
It's not too fast and they should leave things as they are now. There's the pit for endgame, which can get incredibly hard. This is the first season I leveled a character to a hundred and then created an alt. The devs deserve kudos for the rework they've done.
No. I have a full time job and a missus. This new pacing allows me to get playing and enjoy the season without rushing. I can’t play all day like some people can. For streamers and content creators it might be too quick but for normal people I don’t think so
i got to level 80 before it just got too boring and i had to stop this time. so thats a good 14 levels further than i got at release. , t4 was pure pain, no new skills no new drops 30 levels of just salvage everything and face roll content . not complainign about the difficulty but i was down to basically one / two buttons at the end
I don't know about solo gameplay but 2 player co-op on Veteran is way too easy in my opinion. I have not used a single health potion yet and Im lvl 52. I just hope it gets harder with nightmare. Been fun tho, not denying that.
In what world is leveling "too fast" a bad thing in any game? The whole point is to get the best abilities and play the endgame. Grinding for anything in any game sucks.
You are lvl 62 on WT3. You haven't experienced any of the pinnacle or late game content yet and are complaining that the game is too easy and it's to easy to level. It makes no sense at all
I think the first levels goes by way to fast. Get tired of swapping gear and assigning talent points all the time. Small complaint though as I do prefer this over the slow and tedious leveling in previous seasons
Not hating on you but I played less than you and I’m at level 92 and I would consider myself casual. I only play on weekends because of my insane schedule lol like you said you’re playing very casually I didn’t finish the season journey till yesterday and I was like level 95 or something so damn idk how you managed to finish it at 60ish or maybe I heard wrong on that bit Anyway the game is the most fun it’s ever been I preordered and blasted on early release and then I’m like damn this game blows tried my best to play season 1 it was so bad I just gave up on it. Now d4 is my main game till Poe 2 Ps you should be wt4 five levels or so ago and doing nightmare dungeons instead of hell tides (ten levels above your level) If you want efficient exp
Yes too easy, they should've mentionned they wanted to make a game for Dads that have limited time. For them it's perfect. For the rest of us, tonight or tomorrow I'll get my second Uber Unique, which so far should only be in the Unicorn World.. so it lost it's charm. I'm at least guessing/hoping Season 5 we will hire Iron Wolf Mercenaries (like a Seneschal) and after it's the expansion. I'll adjust from there. They are lucky Titan Quest 2 ain't out yet.
Perfectly fine, diablo is supposed to be shut off brain embrace unga bunga smash. Long time Diablo player (since 1) and I don't have the time to dedicate to leveling a character to 100 like D2 (which could take literal weeks to months) even the game at launch it took me a month of dedicated play which was obscured (I could have done it faster but I get bored running the same dungeon over and over again I have to swap it up) The loot is so much better now to and helps you feel stronger way faster
I bet you cant run the highest pit so how is it easy? What are you even talking about? Its still grindy as hell because of money and trying to perfect your build with master working. I have bricked so many weapons so im confused what you are talking about. Game is still hard depending on the pit you are running.
I'm going to suggest that you are confusing difficulty with tedium. Diablo 4 was never hard, it was tedious. You said yourself, you played every season but never made it to level 100. You will find this was the normal experience for most players until season 4. Think back to why you stopped playing each season, it’s because you got bored. Nightmare Dungeon after Nightmare Dungeon ad nauseam is not fun. It was never really hard, but it was also never fun. And this is what the devs forced on us to level and it sucked. Before the highest level I made it to was 87 in season 1. All my friends got burnt out doing the NMD grind and noped out… so I quit as well. This season I’m now working on PIT and end bosses and have 1 character at 100 and a second at level 40 and plan on making 2 more. And trust me it is hard content, if you aren’t paying attention to your gems and potions and incense you are going to have a hard time in the new end game. edit: And the only truly hard Diablo game is Diablo 2 - trust me I leveled a auradin to 100... now that was a PITA.
Streamers can’t talk about things not taking long enough. You guys literally poop sock games day in and day out. The average gamer isn’t putting 8+ hours a day into a game.
I don't understand why they can't make two versions of the game, one version that's incredibly challenging and one version for people who wang to blast through the game. One shotting every single boss and not taking any damage to get an infinite amount of loot is not fun for most people.
d4 bad its boring it takes too long its too much of a grind! waa! *d4 makes it not grindy and slow* waaaa! its too fast! leveling is too fast! its too easy! you guys dont know what you actually want, do you?
diablo 4 is way to easy the difficultys are non existence and you are way to fast lv 100 wich makes the journey to short and boring AF on lv 20 you already have your gear complete and can do capstone dungeon lv 50 and at lv 30 or 40 i could already do capstone dungeon for world tier 4 when i was lv 70 i was nuking duriel in a matter of seconds diablo 4 is just another copy of diablo 3 way to easy classes are way to powerfull again the same boring greater rifts only this time we only get materials for masterworking and thats it wich makes it even worse and lets not forget that they didnt even bring new content to the game since launch the only boring thing we do now is helltide and when we have the mats we do some bosses and here eand there some completions of the tree of wisper and other then that there is absolutely nothing to do also the season themes are terrible and awfully boring just like this season the devs were so lazy that they just picked a season theme that was based on all the changes they made wich shows how incompetent they are they gave us absolutely nothing this season it was only a short questchain that was about the iron wolves and thats it in season 1 to 3 we atleast had a season mechanic and we got something from the season and now its just empty and tempering and masterworking are bad because of the stupid RNG element in it i mean i had this problem so many times with tempering for example i needed some lightning res on my gear and was gonna do that with tempering but the damn rng gave 5 times shadow res the same goes for masterworking when not getting the right stats improved it all feels like it is done by toddlers
So you literally haven't even done a pit and you are calling the game easy lol bruh how about you actually play the game before you make a video. The point is to level up so you can perfect your build and run pit and torment bosses, they definitely are not easy for most people.
i had that 1day time with my druid when i already was lv 100 and already had unlocked tier 60 of the pit withouth any masterworked gear so yeah lving process sucks big time and is way to fast
This is the best this game has felt. I love how good leveling feels. Now I can actually play alt characters like I wanted too since the beginning. Before leveling was such a slog it was hard to level alts.
Going to pin this, I forgot to mention that alts are a lot more accessible, I 100% agree
It feels perfect. You need to be at a high level to play the real game, so getting there faster is only a good thing.
I like the faster leveling!
Its been so much fun, I don’t know what you’re talking about.
I am having fun :(
He is what we refer to as a TROLL.
exactly this is the first time I've felt like making more than one character, and the first time since release I bothered getting to 100.
