@@frankmcdank I mean, I'm waiting for that as much as anyone else, it's one of my favourite JoJo openings. But Jonathan is a great musician, I really enjoy his originals, and almost all of his covers, even when I don't like the song it's based on. That said, I'm not in a hurry. It will come, but he doesn't seem to enjoy making them too much, and you can see the passion (and sometimes lack thereof) on what he does, which affects the end result. So I would rather wait until he feels like doing it. Bloody Stream was amazing, though I feel he was trying to get it over quickly. And Chase was... strange, to say the least. I know most people saw it as a meme song from the start, but it was probably my favourite part 4 opening, Crazy Noisy bizarre town was much more memey, and still got a much more enjoyable and polished treatment.
To summarise, he's an immensely talented artist who can create great songs, as long as he's dedicates himself. If he's going to be pressured by the fans, not enjoying himself, and all that, I would rather wait or not have it at all. Though with the JoJo fandom being numerous and relentless, I think it will get done some day for sure

Could you imagine a live action musical following two lovestruck bandits singing about their evil deeds? They Rob banks but don't kill anyone. While there is a montage of them terrorizing the public you feel conflicted, thinking about how these criminals could be the protagonists. Then you find out that they're doing it to get money for their child with a disease.

Jon, if you feel up for the challenge, Not One of Us from Lion King 2 was such an interesting number. Despite coming from a mere Disney sequel, this song left a strangely-strong impression on the audience. It's really cool. The multiple singers involved would translate pretty well with a collab between you and Caleb. I hope you'd consider this.

I know I'm probably in the minority, and while I enjoyed this cover, I felt the vocal track was too soft compared to the music track. I felt like the music was overpowering and made it a lot more difficult to hear the vocals for most the song.
