Liking your videos. Just a quick question about the Gear Selector Cables. How long of a life span do they have roughly before they snap? Am trying to work out if it worth changing them before they go snap when on a road trip.

Unfortunately you can't suggest a timeline for these, it's literally luck of the draw. We've done loads over the years, but it is less common now.
