- Enjoy a walk around Frontierland at the Magic Kingdom before the Country Bear Jamboree show closes for its reimagining. Disney also recently announced that more changes will be coming to Frontierland soon. Presumably that means Peco Bills will be rethemed for Tiana's Bayou Adventure, but potentially even more things could change. This was filmed on January 24th 2024 from around 3:45pm - 4:10pm

I don't think Frontierland is going away entirely. But Pecos Bill probably will be rethemed. I never realized how large of a space that restaurant is too. Great walk-through 4K.

🐴What a nice tribute in showing their land on the "originals" last day. 🐻Like before, they aren't being yanked, just new songs with some "bite in them". Details - thanks again for showing Peco's fireplace (didn't know it was there lol) along w/a host of other things that makes it Frontierland. People have no idea that the Lion King show at DLP is smack in the middle of Frontierland; their heads would explode. "Texas John Slaughter" - Trail Boss hopefully will approve of all this in the end. Great archival record as usual. 💜
I just read Country Bear Jamboree went down tonight and never reopened, what a shame🙁 But Peco’s Bills to me always had some really fun theming, but retheming it to Tiana’s makes sense. Hopefully that’s the only change, and the rest of Frontierland stays as is! Hahaha you’re right, the Lion King’s placement at DLP is pretty questionable to me also😂 Thank you so much!
@@4KWDW LOL I went looking for a video - Guess there was hydraulic fluid in the saddle - evidently it was Henry and LiverLips (guess they wanted the refurb NOW)😁

It’s funny, I have walked by Pecos more times than I can count and never realized what exists inside. I guess I walk with blinders. Thanks for opening my eyes. Tiana’s really seems to be shaping up. This was another interesting and informative walkthrough. Thanks for posting
Peco’s Bills does have some fun theming! I assume it’ll be rethemed for Tiana’s, but that makes sense due to the close proximity. Thank you as always Bill!

I love this area. Love Thunder Mountain, not a big fan of Pecos Bill though. Frontierland kind of has that old fashioned feeling, which is what makes it good
I’ve always loved Frontierland also! There’s a solid chance Peco’s Bill will be rethemed for Tiana’s Bayou Advenuture, but I think the rest of Frontierland will stay as is

tom sawyer island needs a retheme to make it a bigger draw.
it could be a snack/playground/nap spot for families with small kids, for example.

If you're referring to the nasty rumours, don't pay attention to them. Frontierland's not going anywhere. They've talked about expanding beyond it, but they're not getting rid of it, don't worry about that

@@sunflowers45there’s been a few separate rumors;
The biggest being the expansion behind big Thunder to create a “southwest” land.
Other rumors now with the “retheme” of the country bears that Frontierland will ultimately be phased out.
But the rumors are all just that; however I feel like these rumors may come true (although the timing may not be anytime soon)

I love Frontierland but how much of a future does it have? The Disney company of today is happily gutting the original park attractions to make a buck. If Disney do decide to expand behind this area, Frontierland will probably be swallowed up by the new theme. And that will be a shame
I was afraid of that also Mike. But I think at this point all that will change is Peco’s Bill. Other than that though, I don’t see the rest of Frontierland changing but we’ll see. Thank you as always!
