'The Marquee' is the incredible story of the legendary London venue where reputations were built; moulds broken, rules torn up and legends were made. No other venue has nurtured generations of music legends such as The Yardbirds, Cream, Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Small Faces, The Move, Fleetwood Mac, Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Manfred Mann, Yes, The Clash, Ultravox, Sex Pistols, Roxy Music, Motorhead, Iron Maiden, Guns N'Roses, Motley Crue, AC/DC, The Damned, Generation X and many more.

And I Cannot get how theres no sign or Any notice on 90 wardor st Except ,,Keith Moon played here ,,Yes Great but how About a Sign in Oxford st Orignal Building Were it Started 1958 to 1964 ,before it moved to Wardor St The Best Rock Club in England Period ,How many Great bands got there Start there is almost Endless its a True place of British History and im from US i Can tell you what a Sad state of Not putting up a Sign With List of All Who Played There ,,Not Right at All ,Come on Britain you Can get one up Just Make the Effort ,,PLEASE from an American Who Loves your Country and its History ,,My family Came from Dartford ,The Orignail home of Mick And Keith
