Oh that's brilliant... I didn't realise you got vitamin A oil, I have been getting retinol on prescription. I use the vitamin E oil capsules. I am going to make up a batch of this for night time ... and for the massage... this is great I have everything except the vitamin A but I will get it on Monday.

I think I am allergic to the Vitamin E. I purchased a higher dose. Would a lower dose help or should I substitute another oil?

Use less for higher IU. 2 to 3 drops over 15000 IU
