Nice.... But when you use G130 you should put an M30 instead of G50 at the end. It stands for "end of program" without the "return to origin" commanded by G50. Cheers.
You still need the G50 command to send the head back home otherwise next program will read over travel due to head not being in absolute home position.
Not sure about the this machine but most machines read M30 as program end and reset. So when you have some continuous program reads it can reset it and prevent the next cycle from running
Can you show how to load the program? Im looking at my old notes, I'm good on them except I think I forgot how to load. I used to run this machine last year, definitely learned a trick or two off your channel that wasn't taught to me.
Using this exact machine. Love this video, but lately my 10-16Gauge PVC has been bubling up, so that pocket of air moves my material, shifting the entire job. How to I stop the PVC from bubbling up from the laser and getting hit by the nozzle?
Only if the line control module is not installed (something that is different between the fiber and co2 lasers. CO2 lasers only needed a flip of a key).
Greetings from Japan! I’m working and operating an EML 2515 AJ here, those machines are very handy on daily basis!

Would you be willing to answer a dumb question i have about G-code with the Amada i run?
