I love season 1 cause sawada is there..aside of that in season1 there's a lot funny scenes..and emotional scenes..i love season 1 characters.. I love sawada and yankumi tandem..
It was originally Shin Sawada in place of Odagiri. They change it in the series because of some sort of issue betwen MatsuJun and Yuki Nakama. Sawada became an intern teacher, it just happened that they alter it in the series.

In the movie, it's implied she will end up with Odagiri, a student introduced in series 2 (who is red-haired, intelligent, cool and aloof, son of police chief etc, so very similar to Shin in the manga.) In the manga (where she mainly teaches the one class for two years) she ends up with Shin. After he graduates, they start going on awkward dates. In the final chapter, their two little kids are shown.
