While JYP has stepped up this year, I feel like every member is so insane that they all deserve ambassador roles. For instance, isn’t Han a recent Balmain ambassador? What’s going on with Lee Know and Gucci? And I.N keeps serving-Bottega this year, McQueen last year. Are they just testing different options with him? I’m genuinely confused.

Jyp is scared of having only one member blow up leaving the rest of the group behind like it happened with Suzy. That's why they delay solo activities as much as possible. Quite honestly Hyunjin and Felix got popular without being pushed by JYP and the company kind of had to let them take the opportunities coming their way. The good thing is the rest of the group isn't far behind. Both Seungmin and I.N were considered the least popular members but look at them now! Both of them are booked and busy this year with their fashion commitments. Itzy would have benefited from being pushed into the fashion limelight by JYP. Newer groups who haven't even released music have brand ambassadorships now which keeps the public's interest. Itzy also has some members more popular then others but if they take the group forward everyone benefits.
Hyunjin and Felix always got the most screentime in performances and MVs. Hyunjin also got 90% of dance breaks and center time. And lately he even gets the most lines in tts. But sure, let's agree with you that JYPE doesn't push them🙄 Regarding brand deals: the fact that the 2 most popular and 2 least popular members (according to you) get brand deals means it does not depend on popularity. So it depends on what? Let me guess: JYPE. Members get what JYPE negotiates and allows them to have. And it seems only certain members are allowed to have this.
@@myt-b7b They were scouted for their visuals. They were always meant to be stan attractors and centers. Whether they would be successful or not was never certain but the way kpop positions work they would always have the most prominent part.
Ryujin was literally one of the most popular idols in 2020-2021 yet JYPE did nothing with that. Yeji was up there too and as Yeji proved in this D&G show, she has a very interesting face for high fashion. I really hope jyp can turn things around now.
4:32 he did a color analysis on RUclips once and he is a cool winter, so these super dark colors do not fit him at all, they’re not giving his face the spotlight (and to be fr it’s the best accessory for him)
Why are you blaming JYPE? Lee Know didn't go because he had a fancall to do, plus Jin was there so no point really when he's just gonna be pushed to one side (stay are already annoyed that Jin was thrown the ambassadorship as soon as he left the military when Minho has literally supported Gucci for at least a year). They've also started a world tour hence why Chris won't have attended Fendi. Han and Felix won't be attending either because of the world tour. People have to stop immediately blaming JYPE

Exactly. I think Hyunjin's outfit needed a darker leather pant and not a medium tone. Like I get what they're going for but a dark brown leather would have really highlighted the pattern of the shirt and made the shirt into more of the statement piece it was obviously intended to be.
