I cannot understand section 91 mam....... if person having charge, surety or creditor is paying mortgage debt and they get mortgagee's rights against mortgagor, then they should've right of foreclosure (how they claim redemption??)
What if in case of creditor after redemption and selling the property their debt is not satisfied? Whether in that case other prop of mortgagor can be attached for satisfaction of remaining debts?
