Are you aware about their data and privacy settings? I couldn't find any statement about them not using your manuscripts if you upload them ...

During the upload process, the do ask if you are willing to let them use your manuscript to improve their system. I said no, and it still let me use the tool. Anything more than that, you would have to reach out to them!

This depends on the journal. They are each coming out with their own guidelines around AI written and using AI in their content. If you are directly generating with AI instead of using it as an editor, I think more journals are going to be against that then simply the use of AI in articles.
