    Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful garden! Your cucumbers look amazing, and the relish and pickles you made look absolutely delicious. I’ve had a tough time growing carrots myself, but I’m hopeful that one day I’ll have success. The dill looks fantastic, and I love how the plants are growing over the arches. The beans and apples look great too - all your hard work is really paying off. Well done!

      Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment! ☺️ Are you also in clay soil? If so, I highly recommend raised beds for carrots and as another commenter suggested, sand might be a great addition. It should help loosen the soil for root veggies.

      @@simpleacrehomestead We do have a couple of raised beds but I haven’t tried carrots here yet! Maybe in the springtime, thanks for the tips!

    You may want to add sand to your soil
