Nice video, but I would not pack my tee shirt or towel directly inside the bag. I use a inner liner bag for fresh clothes so when I am returning back. I can use a trash bag for used clothes for laundry.

For more safety ride with saddle bags you need to modify/install a saddle stay I to your bike. Rather than you may also use saddle bags without stay, but sometime it would be painful sometimes.

I Sure Your Not Suppose to keep laptop this way on a bike and ride. Nope not a Good reliable Setup. IF Vada Pav and Biskit are not safe in a Saddle how will a laptop be

We cannot use single bag as Saddle Bag but you can try using single bag as Tail Bag (ensure to secure it properly with bungee cord)
