@@madog61 That's true, but he still makes an effort for other people, such as Luke, Nick, Rebecca, and Mike. In addition, Kenny's dislike of Jane being with Alvin doesn't even make sense at first, however if Clementine told him how Jane handled Sarah, it'd make sense that he'd come to the conclusion that Jane has little to no care of human life and thus starts his suspicions.
Regarding what was said about Kenny and Sarah not interacting, in the ski lodge if you look closely enough he smiles at her when she comes downstairs in the ski lodge. You've completely shattered my world view thanks to that Wyatt AK47 waving animation. I mean... holy shit, how could something so crucial to the plot be left out like this? Honestly, I'm contemplating tracking down every S2 writer and animator in order to get the answers I so desperately need.
About animation when Kenny shoves Sarah - I think that maybe it originally supposed to happen during Episode 3 "In Harm's Way" in the place where Clementine's group was hold (the same place where Clementine met Reggie, Mike and Jane, where later Carver was beating Kenny). I remember that there was a scene when Carver was talking to the group, during this Sarah was talking to Clementine, Carver noticed it and as a punishment he made Carlos to hit Sarah etc. I think that in earlier version of this scene Kenny was supposed to stand next to Sarah and when she was trying to talk (with Clementine maybe, like in final version of this scene), Kenny was supposed to shoves Sarah to make her stop talking. I believe that really was the earlier version of scene where this animation was originally used. About music you mentioned in 9:08 - years ago I found Season 2 soundtrack (I found there unused part of this soundtrack as well) on RUclips channel called GodsFriendChuck. On this channel was also music you mentioned (you can find it in GodsFriendChuck's playlist) , it was originally titled Relief. I was thinking and thinking and I have no idea when this part of soundtrack was supposed to be used originally. I have no idea. But I also found out that "Relief" was used in Season 3 and Season 4. It was used in Season 3 Episode 1 at the beginning of flashback in Wellington and at the beginning of flashback when Clementine was alone with AJ after she killed/left Jane/Kenny. It was also used in Season 4 Episode 1 during Clementine's and AJ's chat in their room after dinner. You have no idea how happy I was when I saw that you published new video! I remembered that you mentioned couple months ago that you will make a video about update of Season 2 cut content, but I also remembered when you mentioned in your last video that video about Season 1 cut content would be your last video about it. I am glad you published this video and I am glad that you have a plan to make another one :-D Thank you again :-)
That's actually not a bad theory. It might be related to the walkie talkie scene where they're discussing what to do with it. Thanks for the comment, I'm glad my videos can make people happy, makes it reassuring that I'm not wasting my time.
4:34 This might be because Kenny was originally supposed to be Carver in the Dark Story script, and this was made wayyyyy early in development as you said. So maybe they animated this for Evil Kenny but when they scraped the entire script, this animation was left unused.
>Jane denying a hug from Clem Of course they would remove this. We can't have the player hating Jane now, can we? >Books Stretch, I know. But maybe Clem originally was able to take Matthew's copy? Clem being able to take things that don't belong to her, seems to be a trend, post-Season 1.
The book thing was specifically related to the cabin scene, way before Matthew's chapter. From what I understand it's some kind of dev injoke that they kept in the game which is why they didn't cut it entirely (they did the same thing with the canoe from S2E1).
"Did you know that that fishing scene is fully playable, programmed, animated and voice acted but we will never see it? Just wanted to remind you in case you weren't already depressed enough" Yeah this pretty much sums up my feelings about TWD. Many video games stick with you for a long time, usually because they were really good and they actually had an impact on you, that's how I feel about TWD season 1 to this day because I was actually satisfied with what I got, but those feelings always go away eventually. Season 2 however just left me depressed because I wasn't satisfied with it at all, and knowing that the season could've been so much better and that I'll never get to experience it is just... a really depressing thought. The worst thing is that I can't let go of it either because of how unsatisfied I still am and because I love these characters, that's why I'm still here 6 years later watching cut content videos. We can only hope Adhoc decides to actually finish the season(s) one day but that's of course extremely unlikely. Thank god we at least got the 2 amazing and completely necessary collections/remasters though am I right? /s -_- Anyway, see you in the next and "final" video, of course.
Same. Season 1 really hit me hard, especially since I was on the cusp of teenagehood when it released. Season 2 was my favorite season for a while, since Clementine was my favorite character. But slowly over time I have become a tad bit disappointed by the season. Also, who is Adhoc and what is he doing? Is he a modder trying to restore the games?
I feel ya there man! Really bummed at what s2 was, and I still can't shake the damn thing out of my head years later, not because it was amazing, but because it was such a letdown tp what season 1 built up.
Knowing all this is just so frustrating but what's even more frustrating is knowing if Telltale didn't have such a janky unprofessional dev process, we wouldn't have all this cut content!
Actually, Kenny does acknowledge Sarah (kind of) in episode 2 after Sarita talks to Clementine about if Kenny has changed, Kenny himself comes in saying “Well you three have been busy” The three he’s referring to being Clem, Sarita and Sarah. But yeah after that that’s the only interaction we get between the two characters. Which is a bit of a shame really considering Sarah is similar to Duck in a lot of ways. But then again maybe that’s the reason why he doesn’t.
I wonder if more unreleased content of season 2 will ever leak. Or maybe something like an unfinished script or draft or sketches from a writer at Telltale surfacing. I dunno why, but I feel like every aspect of Telltale's Walking Dead ought to be preserved like historical artifacts, since Telltale is basically old history rn lol
That's the hope... but at this stage, considering the game has been out for 6 years, the company collapsed and it's not like there could be any legal trouble with sharing it - but there's still been pretty much nothing but slim pickings.
@@InColdBloodTTG So, like, how exactly does the legal side of Telltale's collapse work? Was the company dissolved? Bought out by another? What happens with the intellectual property (who owns it now? Is it basically orphaned, in limbo?); and the confidentiality agreements that the employees signed, is there anyone around to enforce them? Either there's something legal preventing more content from coming out, or the former employees have just moved on from the series. Or maybe it's all in hard drives and filling cabinets in some forgotten closet somewhere. Or maybe they didn't bother preserving it and threw it all out.
@@ThePooper3000 I honestly have no clue about the legal side but I'd say the 'new' Telltale owns the assets, at the very least to the games they have rights to. Practically every animator and artist uploaded almost everything they had when the company closed and we finally got bits and pieces about some of their games. Maybe that's just because they had to find new jobs and wanted a more 'buffed up' portfolio but I've seen stuff dating back to 2013 from Wolf being released and the like so I don't know. The worst case would be the latter of what you said but I have to assume, as incompetent as Telltale were at times, that they've saved all their assets in some online cloud system. Almost every tech company does that incase there's some kind of natural disaster like a flood or a fire. I've seen Telltale employees mention having access to the tool (Telltale's engine) at home, so it's possible that a few people have harddrives with this stuff leftover. I'm almost certain there's people out there with harddrives that are just collecting dust.
InColdBlood I really wanna try to get in contact with some former Telltale employees who worked on S2, and ask if they know of, or possess any cut content. This kinda stuff is sooo intriguing to me, I really wanna know more
6:24 That incredibly important animation looks like it was re-used in the final season ep4, Violet/Louis waving at Clem to escape to the cart. So clearly, it is very important 9:00 was used in the S3 E1 Wellington flashback :( Double-sad memories. Because things were going to shit for Clem, and things were going even more to shit for the game lol Love the music in the game though, Jared Emerson-Johnson is so talented :)
6:20 Now THAT'S an important animation. I can't believe you would even consider *not* including that animation. My whole life, I've aspired to see an animation as important as that. Thank you, for showing the world that life changing animation. Loved the video btw lol
What do you mean you don't understand?! Have you seen it? Have you seen how Wyatt waves at Carver with an AK-47 in his hand?? It's outstanding... I'm out of words...
Ajxx 99 - The joke is that a lot of this channel’s fanbase has wanted to see very minor cut content, such as, that cut waving animation. We figure that, even if it’s small, it’s worth showing. So he’s basically saying, “Are you happy I showed you this guy just waving even though you seeing this makes no difference?”
I would just like to thank you, InColdBlood, from all of us viewers. You are possibly the best channel for cut content from this game, a lot of us don’t have the means to go datamining in the files and your compiling of this unused stuff makes it so much easier to find these things.
I will never get over the audacity they had to get rid of Christa and bring in a new pregnant black woman. Alvin Jr = AJ, Omid Jr = OJ We could have had Clementine and OJ like come on
My guess for Kenny pushing/shoving Sarah happens on Episode 4, if you save her at the Trailer Park. She tries to help but Kenny is like "Give her (Rebecca) some space" or "I got this" and she sits down afterwards.
Season 3 i feel will be the most interesting cause when trailers first came out it seemed like it was gonna be one of the most interesting seasons i feel the next vid is gonna answer some questions to why it turned out worse then expected
After replaying season 2 I can say that Jane actually does climb over a fence, roughly a minute after they climb through the fence after killing nick, Jane says “...I’ve got an addition to your arsenal” she climbs over a fence to get a walker in order to kick its knee and stab it.
I’m curious to know: what is your take on what happened to Christa? It’s clear that the gunshot we heard in the woods originally wasn’t supposed to kill her. Because the shot was actually supposed to hit Ralph/Mike’s ear, then Ralph/Mike would join Clementine’s group and have to atone for attacking them. And, judging by the end of season 2 episode 1 when Clem encounters the dying bandit at the river, the plot was going to focus more on the whereabouts of Christa but it got written out of the story for whatever reason. I’m really sad that this was a loose tie that never got resolved. What’s your personal theory on what was supposed to happen with her? In what capacity would they have written her back into the story, and how? I would love to hear it.
@@ixiwarlockixi2665 That's true, they were thinking of making Christa an antagonist of The Final Season instead of Lilly, but they chose Lilly after all. One second thought I think that was a good choice - making Lilly an antagonist, not Christa. Christa wouldn't fit in this role at all. I think that director of The Final Season, Kent Mudle confirmed this fact on his Tumblr account. Or maybe it was mentioned during interview. But I remember that was confirmed for sure.
Damn. Seeing the nick character makes me sad. Such a wasted character. He died trying to be a hero. But he barely said anything after being saved. And started to form a bond with Kenny. And then said *nothing* in episode 4 and died
He was my favourite new character in season 2 I loved how developed he was on episode 1 and 2 but then after it became possible for him to die , he says nothing of importance , I wish he survived or was written off well
The biggest missed opportunity’s in this game IMO would be -bring Lilly or christa back in Janes place - and killing the ENTIRE cabin group Those could change the whole game
if im not mistaken the "all that remains" unused music file at the 9:30 mark is actually used in the very beginning of wellington flashback in anf episode 1, while the cars are pulling up to the front gate. thats about the only time i remember hearing that bit of music
I had no idea, thanks for letting me know. I'm pretty sure the Luke song was also used in Michonne at some point but I included it in the video anyway because it was technically meant to be used for this game.
This might sound dumb or maybe won't happen at all can someone like make all the cut content into a series , into a second version of twd cause this version they had cut and scrapped off seem more interesting then the one we all played or saw some gameplay of it it'll be dope asf if someone can do that . Just like with left 4 dead someone made a whole ass movie of it with just cutscenes where they was talking in full conversation etc and made it as a whole serious u can still watch it on RUclips ..just putting it out there cause it'll be interesting asf. But it's impossible but can be possible you know.
While I was playing through the definitive series collection, the cut rabbit carcass text came up. Later on in episode 2, the bloodied cloth that was held in Rebecca’s hand also showed up. I thought it was interesting, that maybe there’s unused files also in that collection, maybe?
I've heard people seeing the text for that come up before in previous videos. I'm not sure why or how it happens but it just goes to show you that they went far enough to input that for the player to see it before it got removed.
When Clem is sneaking around the cabin in episode 1 Carlos tells the group members that Sarah is reading her book upstairs. When Clem goes up to Sarah's room she has the book in her hands and Clem can tell her that she likes reading too. Maybe Sarah would have given Clem the Wizards Gambit's as a present to read together if she had said this to Sarah? Also in episode 2 Walter tells Clem that Matthew had "amassed a literature collection" them books being in the chest in the shack. Clem could have connected with Matthew by telling him that she had read that book before. We know that Matthew would have survived the bridge scene due to him being on the "Next time" segments and him being in a concept art in the shack so its not out of the possibility.
Glad to hear it, cause I also really like season 3. Better than 2 imo. It's definitely worthy of criticism but I think people who act like it's hellspawn are being a little ridiculous.
@@harryb4964 but you gotta admit that season 3 not being about Clementine yet having HER in it was a big mistake. And you can tell they regretted their decision given that the season right after was about her.
wild55 I don’t know. I was happy with clementines role in season 3. I would’ve been mad if the main protagonist was lacking, however Javier was a great character and I enjoyed every scene with him.
The unused Luke song sounds beautiful, i wish they had more focus on Luke, he seemed like such a cool dude. Feels weird knowing the entire group dies except clementine and AJ when replaying season 2. It's like the last time we'll ever see these characters again. edit: the Luke track plays in season 3, when gabe writes a letter for david when they have to leave their home. Heard it in the definitive edition, not sure if it differs on the original season 3 release.
Kinda wish telltale made some characters survive till next sessions Like Ben he survives “somehow” maybe doesn’t fall off the balcony and stays with Omid and christa and when you get separated from christa. Ben will survive and I dunno make his way to Wellington and continue his story with Clem and aj And Sarah where she can survive if you teach her to use a gun and in amid the ruins she finds a gun in the trailer park and keeps it to save herself when she falls and gets trapped and survives and the story would continue as it did but with Sarah a alive until they get to Wellington. If you chose to stay Kenny will still leave but in S3 Clem finds Ben inside but if you leave Wellington Ben will never be heard from again maybe until S4 or 5 with that caravan thing. But yeah just something I thought of Ben and Sarah just survive throughout the story if you choose to keep them
This video reminded me of how awful it was how Telltale killed off Kenny (or Jane) in S3. Kenny was such an important character for multiple seasons, Clem knew him well, there‘s so much they could‘ve done with him...and that‘s what they did.
If you ask Sarah about which book she’s reading in S2E1 while you’re gathering supplies to stitch up Clem’s arm, then the Gurrgles book will appear on the dining room table next to Clementine later in the episode after Carlos fixes her arm. I’m assuming Sarah let’s Clementine read the book if you choose to show interest earlier on
Honestly I think Jared Emerson Johnson is under appreciated throughout the series. The music he makes for these game is great and he does a good job at making sure it sounds great.
I just discovered your videos, and maybe this comment will be forgotten, but I loved your content and everything that I am discovering about this game and what they deleted, impresses me a lot. Besides that you always give it a terrifying touch and I love it, keep it up, you are excellent. 🖤🖤🖤
I feel like season two was originally supposed to have some kind of item request system similar to RDR2 which could explain beta Gabe’s ciga... I mean Jane’s cigars which somewhat made it into the final game with Pete’s watch from episodes one and two
great video as always man, its such a shame seeing how much better season 2 could have been. the runtime took a massive hit from s1 to s2, i remember s1 episode 4 (i forgot its name) went on for a good 2 and a half hours, and was always filled with exciting new developments in the plot. season 2 as a whole failed so badly, episode 4 was rather boring for the most part other than the start where u see what happens to sarita and the final chapter, episode 3 was a proper "what could have been" kind of episode albeit it was still pretty good. as a whole this season probably is my least favourite of the bunch, even tho i still really like it :(
Its not cause remember years ago when season 2 come out there's wasn't no cut content until years later cause people went down and did some research on season 2 because something wasn't right i don't remember what was it i think everyone was saying the story doesn't odd up because of the trailers previews on the next episode etc there's alot of deleted content that's on season 2 that he haven't discover same thing w us we going get more information about it just like the new updates on it because season 2, is the most scrapped dark one that telltale had worked on . Regardless of what I'm saying it won't be the end of it probably within the next 2 years . Or maybe so on . Ik this isn't all the information and deleted content i feel like it's way more telltale isn't going tell us so we'll have to wait to someone do a research on it just like with the information we received . With theses cut content ..
from what I heared the 400 days survivors were supposed to play a bigger role in season 2 wyatt was supposed to be killed by alvin in episode 2 in episode 3 shel was supposed to be bit nick would go crazy over petes death and kill becca kenny would then kill nick russel would stay at howes with tavia vince would take janes role but not be as distant as her and would leave in episode 4 with ralph because he quotes he doesn't want to see another group fall apart and would be gone never return bonnie would be lost in the herd in episode 4 beginning sarah would run off after carlos dies and get lost in the herd too this would've been sarah and bonnie's last appeance in the game this is when kenny was still gonna be the villian atleast this is what i heard i don't know if its true i just thought it was cool when i heard it
im pretty sure "my name is clementine" is used in some way in the final season (i think it was the story builder?) or at least it sounds really simillar
I think the Kenny shove sarah animation exists is because Kenny was originally the leader of the camp the Cabin survivors are running from. AKA Kenny is supposed to be Carver. Oh man that would be a great story arc, too bad they used it in ANF tho... That would be really awesome
We hear the music from 10:13 in episode 5 of season 3 (ANF) when you’re talking to Jesus at near the end I believe, only mentioned now as I recently just played that season and episode.
In my previous comment, down below this video, I mentioned that I have a theory about when Kenny originally was supposed to shove Sarah, I also mentioned that music from 9:05 was originally titled "Relief" (I found this information on GodsFriendChuck's channel) and "Relief" was used in Season 3 and Season 4, so it's unused for Season 2, but it's used for Seasons 3 and 4 [it's my favourite part of TWDG soundtrack by the way, for many months it was my ringtone :-) ]. I just wanted to say that I checked something and I think that the music from 10:56 was used during "5 Days Later" scene in Season 2 Episode 2, but I think that there's more quiet and shorter version than unused one. Of course, I may be wrong, those two musics sound very similar to me. I may be wrong. I also think that music titled "Kenny's Case" was used in Season 2 or Season 3, because I am sure that I heard it before I watched this video for the first time, same with music from 10:06. But like I said, I may be wrong.
I remember seeing your channel back around 2016-2017 while researching something out of curiosity. I think your sub count was around 1k-2k. I just remembered seeing your vids and decided to revisit and wow.. You've grow a lot over the years, and I just wanted to wish you the best of luck going forward as a content creator. I could sit and here and congrulate you for another hour or so, but i think I can summarize it into this. Your videos are entertaining, well-made, and most importanly informative. Keep up the great work man
I noticed something strange... If you look on the chapter select image of amid the ruins, in the TWD Definitive edition, the blood on Clem's face is gone? Weird.
After you’re done with all the walking dead stuff I think you should try to do videos of other games with unused and cut content even if people have already made videos on those games unused and cut content
I was not expecting another video so soon, I’m glad to see another walking dead cut content video! I don’t think I ever noticed how Kenny ignored Sarah, it’s very strange when you think about it. Maybe time constraints of a last minute change to something caused this? Guess we’ll never know. It’s also interesting to me how cut content/early rough work ended up in later parts, like the music, or those 200 animations.

This might be because Kenny was originally supposed to be Carver in the Dark Story script, and this was made wayyyyy early in development as you said. So maybe they animated this for Evil Kenny but when they scraped the entire script, this animation was left unused.
Season two is much shorter than season one in terms of hours of gameplay, and I can definitely see why
>Jane denying a hug from Clem
Of course they would remove this. We can't have the player hating Jane now, can we?
>Books
Stretch, I know. But maybe Clem originally was able to take Matthew's copy? Clem being able to take things that don't belong to her, seems to be a trend, post-Season 1.
The book thing was specifically related to the cabin scene, way before Matthew's chapter. From what I understand it's some kind of dev injoke that they kept in the game which is why they didn't cut it entirely (they did the same thing with the canoe from S2E1).
damn I wish we could get that fishing scene with Alvin and Clem 😔
Telltale should make a remake of season 2 so we could play the original story
@@johnathankill4087 Skybound*
Or you maybe mentioning the new Telltale
"Did you know that that fishing scene is fully playable, programmed, animated and voice acted but we will never see it? Just wanted to remind you in case you weren't already depressed enough"
Yeah this pretty much sums up my feelings about TWD.
Anyway, see you in the next and "final" video, of course.
If it's fully playable can someone try to show it to us in a gameplay?
Not going like I wish the redo whole season 2
@@ThePooper3000 Adhoc is the company that's in charge of the new Telltale.
@@flacobrian3754 yeah that would be cool
Actually, Kenny does acknowledge Sarah (kind of) in episode 2 after Sarita talks to Clementine about if Kenny has changed, Kenny himself comes in saying “Well you three have been busy” The three he’s referring to being Clem, Sarita and Sarah. But yeah after that that’s the only interaction we get between the two characters. Which is a bit of a shame really considering Sarah is similar to Duck in a lot of ways. But then again maybe that’s the reason why he doesn’t.
Not good enough
So clearly, it is very important
9:00 was used in the S3 E1 Wellington flashback :( Double-sad memories. Because things were going to shit for Clem, and things were going even more to shit for the game lol
Love the music in the game though, Jared Emerson-Johnson is so talented :)
6:20
Now THAT'S an important animation. I can't believe you would even consider *not* including that animation. My whole life, I've aspired to see an animation as important as that. Thank you, for showing the world that life changing animation.
Loved the video btw lol
Why is it important? I don't understand
What do you mean you don't understand?! Have you seen it? Have you seen how Wyatt waves at Carver with an AK-47 in his hand?? It's outstanding... I'm out of words...
@@mario-mx9dm it may have been a background scene, it doesn't seem important or relevant in my opinion, it's just him waving at carver
smh you milenials dont undertand real ART
Ajxx 99 - The joke is that a lot of this channel’s fanbase has wanted to see very minor cut content, such as, that cut waving animation. We figure that, even if it’s small, it’s worth showing. So he’s basically saying, “Are you happy I showed you this guy just waving even though you seeing this makes no difference?”
"Kennys case" was retitled to "guess im happy" in season 3, btw ☺
I would just like to thank you, InColdBlood, from all of us viewers. You are possibly the best channel for cut content from this game, a lot of us don’t have the means to go datamining in the files and your compiling of this unused stuff makes it so much easier to find these things.
I will never get over the audacity they had to get rid of Christa and bring in a new pregnant black woman.
Alvin Jr = AJ, Omid Jr = OJ
We could have had Clementine and OJ like come on
this is hilarious and also very true
That question kind of gets answered in my video after my Season 3 one. I think you'll be very interested in what I have to say about it....
Yay! I can’t wait for it.
Lorikeet i believe a dev said when season 4 was being developed, christa was thought of being the original lilly, but didnt get past the idea phase
@@ixiwarlockixi2665
That's true, they were thinking of making Christa an antagonist of The Final Season instead of Lilly, but they chose Lilly after all.
Melanix8 im also happy christa wasnt the antagonist. I would have hated fighting her
Season 2 is my fav twd game. It’s sad that so much was left behind.
These videos are just so interesting and satisfying. I’m glad I found this channel. I look forward to the next one! Thanks, InColdBlood. -Ian
Damn. Seeing the nick character makes me sad. Such a wasted character. He died trying to be a hero. But he barely said anything after being saved. And started to form a bond with Kenny. And then said *nothing* in episode 4 and died
He was my favourite new character in season 2 I loved how developed he was on episode 1 and 2 but then after it became possible for him to die , he says nothing of importance , I wish he survived or was written off well
The biggest missed opportunity’s in this game IMO
would be
-bring Lilly or christa back in Janes place
- and killing the ENTIRE cabin group
Those could change the whole game
if im not mistaken the "all that remains" unused music file at the 9:30 mark is actually used in the very beginning of wellington flashback in anf episode 1, while the cars are pulling up to the front gate. thats about the only time i remember hearing that bit of music
But it's impossible but can be possible you know.
that would be pretty cool
I’m sure the modding community is working on making the unused/scrapped script come back to life from what I have heard.
@@macaronipotato ouhhh really ? How you get this information
@@lexwhite6621 From a TWD Telltale Fan discord server related to modding.
4:49 I think it was because in the earlier concepts of the game, Kenny was supposed to replace Carver as the villain
6:20 *YES IM GLAD YOU DID INCLUDE IT*
While I was playing through the definitive series collection, the cut rabbit carcass text came up.
Damn, I didn’t expect the second part to be uploaded so quickly!
‘Preciate ya as always!
Season 3 is my favourite. So rest assured that at least one person is very eager to see the next one
Excellent video by the by, same as the first one
Wow, guess that makes you a rare breed. I, like many, despised season 3 and it was imo when the series went downhill
@@wild5571 Yeah, all I ever see is hate for it.
We actually hear Luke’s theme (or something very close) in season 3 in a flashback at episode 3 at the start of the episode.
Me: starts watching season two cut things
Me: enjoys it
InColdBlood: 30 min long season three take it or leave it
Thanks for making these videos, man. Cut content is really fascinating to me and others.
I’m so glad you’re still making these videos. I look forward to your video on Season 3. Not exactly because it’s Season 3.. but, you get it.
that unused luke soundtrack just made me a bit sad of how he died
Happens to the best of us
i wish it was luke vs kenny to this day
The Luke song at 10:49 is actually so peaceful sounding
The unused Luke song sounds beautiful, i wish they had more focus on Luke, he seemed like such a cool dude. Feels weird knowing the entire group dies except clementine and AJ when replaying season 2. It's like the last time we'll ever see these characters again.
edit: the Luke track plays in season 3, when gabe writes a letter for david when they have to leave their home. Heard it in the definitive edition, not sure if it differs on the original season 3 release.
luke was so good… wasted potential 😢
5:58 that should've been in the game, Telltale, you had one job!
6:26 Thanks for this life changing animation. I believe it has added an extra year to my life!
6:24 thank you for showing us the incredibly important animation
Kinda wish telltale made some characters survive till next sessions
Like Ben he survives “somehow” maybe doesn’t fall off the balcony and stays with Omid and christa and when you get separated from christa. Ben will survive and I dunno make his way to Wellington and continue his story with Clem and aj
And Sarah where she can survive if you teach her to use a gun and in amid the ruins she finds a gun in the trailer park and keeps it to save herself when she falls and gets trapped and survives and the story would continue as it did but with Sarah a alive until they get to Wellington.
5:14 I felt this way too when playing the game, it screams unfinished content. She has almost no impact on the story as well
me: sees 2 minutes ago
also me: click as fast as possible
Boy am I happy you dropped this now lmao, can’t wait for whats next 👍
If you ask Sarah about which book she’s reading in S2E1 while you’re gathering supplies to stitch up Clem’s arm, then the Gurrgles book will appear on the dining room table next to Clementine later in the episode after Carlos fixes her arm. I’m assuming Sarah let’s Clementine read the book if you choose to show interest earlier on
Holy hell he made another one! Thank you!!!
Honestly I think Jared Emerson Johnson is under appreciated throughout the series. The music he makes for these game is great and he does a good job at making sure it sounds great.
oh my god realize how much Wyatt is waving at Carver impacts their escape😳😳
There is also promotion material with Clem and Luke and Luke has his hat
Edit: I mean at the table scene
Keep the Season 2 videos coming please, theres probably so much more cut and lost stuff for the game that we don’t even know about yet.
I just discovered your videos, and maybe this comment will be forgotten, but I loved your content and everything that I am discovering about this game and what they deleted, impresses me a lot. Besides that you always give it a terrifying touch and I love it, keep it up, you are excellent. 🖤🖤🖤
Was Bonnie optional death in the final cut a fluke? It’s really weird that if she dies, it’s rarely mentioned, almost like it never happened.
@Hen_plays523 Larry is the only one of the few mentioned again by Kenny while escaping Crawford
Who would you guys choose if it had gone down between Luke and Kenny in episode five instead of Jane? All opinions and thoughts welcome :)
For me choosing between Jane and Kenny was easy but choosing between Luke and Kenny would be the hardest thing in the world.
Thank you for putting in that waving animation
Michonne has some things I know that are in s2, but BOY didn’t know they had unused things???
how have I not noticed that Kenny never spoke or interacted with Sarah throughout this game..
I feel like season two was originally supposed to have some kind of item request system similar to RDR2 which could explain beta Gabe’s ciga... I mean Jane’s cigars which somewhat made it into the final game with Pete’s watch from episodes one and two
TheHaigisawesome - RDR2 is an odd comparison but I get what you’re saying.
Great video once again man. Can't wait for season 3's updated cut content:)
1:22 Never say never! I HAVE HOPE!
[Deletes will to live]
[Everyone will remeber that]
great video as always man, its such a shame seeing how much better season 2 could have been. the runtime took a massive hit from s1 to s2, i remember s1 episode 4 (i forgot its name) went on for a good 2 and a half hours, and was always filled with exciting new developments in the plot. season 2 as a whole failed so badly, episode 4 was rather boring for the most part other than the start where u see what happens to sarita and the final chapter, episode 3 was a proper "what could have been" kind of episode albeit it was still pretty good. as a whole this season probably is my least favourite of the bunch, even tho i still really like it :(
What a surprise!!
THANK YOU
This whole season could of been more special I am disappointed in it how much wasted potential it was and yet I still enjoy the game
I was so excited when you posted this! I’m glad you did, your videos are the only good videos on RUclips!
TWD cut content vid never come to an end.
No wonder episode 4 at the end didn’t make sense when we totally ignored the small town that the group said we would be going to but never did.
Yes I love season 2 cut content!😍
Great video! It just makes me a bit melancholic: soon there will be no more new videos from InColdBlood. 😢
from what I heared the 400 days survivors were supposed to play a bigger role in season 2 wyatt was supposed to be killed by alvin in episode 2 in episode 3 shel was supposed to be bit nick would go crazy over petes death and kill becca kenny would then kill nick russel would stay at howes with tavia vince would take janes role but not be as distant as her and would leave in episode 4 with ralph because he quotes he doesn't want to see another group fall apart and would be gone never return bonnie would be lost in the herd in episode 4 beginning sarah would run off after carlos dies and get lost in the herd too this would've been sarah and bonnie's last appeance in the game this is when kenny was still gonna be the villian atleast this is what i heard i don't know if its true i just thought it was cool when i heard it
So much Intresting cut stuff wish some of it got in
these cut animations are really interesting
im pretty sure "my name is clementine" is used in some way in the final season (i think it was the story builder?) or at least it sounds really simillar
It's shoking to me that worst TWD season would turn out to be best one with all cut content
season 3 exists
But like I said, I may be wrong.
i just wanna know WHY they cut luke and kenny's themes. there was NO reason.
This is such a great video to watch on my birthday! I love the uploads!
Not sure if you know or not but originally the fight between Kenny and Jane was supposed to be between Kenny and Luke
Keep up the great work man
that animation was incredibly important
I noticed something strange... If you look on the chapter select image of amid the ruins, in the TWD Definitive edition, the blood on Clem's face is gone? Weird.
After you’re done with all the walking dead stuff I think you should try to do videos of other games with unused and cut content even if people have already made videos on those games unused and cut content
Thanks for still making these videos
I was not expecting another video so soon, I’m glad to see another walking dead cut content video!
I don’t think I ever noticed how Kenny ignored Sarah, it’s very strange when you think about it. Maybe time constraints of a last minute change to something caused this? Guess we’ll never know.
It’s also interesting to me how cut content/early rough work ended up in later parts, like the music, or those 200 animations.
This is where the fun begins.
Wait why will we never see the fishing scene
i weeped at the wave animation bro you aneed more subs than pewdiepie
the unused track "my name is clementine" sounds weirdly similar to the ds1 main menu theme ngl. 10:04
