Bror means brother? I tried to google these lyrics but nothing. What is this song about? I really like it, and that softness in her voice :)
It is about a good friend of the man who wrote it, who committed cuicide.
I also couldnt find any lyrics on this song, but this is what the start of the song roughly translates to in english. I could have made a few mistakes, but i think that is roughly it. Brother, what has happened, why are you standing there so small and scared? Brother, sit down, tell me if you want otherwise ill let you be alone. I think i know what it took for you to ask if you could stay at my house, and ask me for some time. But there comes a time in everyones life, where everything old is in the past, og every thought is thought over again, and you stand by the road sign without a friend, and you are just as far from everything that was once there, so you come here. Brother no one knoes more than you about hope and lonliness. Brother, look at me, there isnt an answer for someone who knows.
It is about author Jens Bjørneboe, a good friend of the song writer Ole Paus. Bjørneboe commited suicide in 1976 on the island Veierland.
It is about a brother,she has a brother,i think it is a song to him. She wants to be there for him,when life isnt so easy. Beautiful.
