This was at BabyMetal Begins - The Other One - Clear Night live at PIA Arena MM, Yokohama, last April 2nd with the already new official member MomoMetal, she was one of the avengers since 2019 and coming from the same roots in Sakura Gakuin just like the girls. The Western Kami Band was performing there but this MV got album studio sound so there's no particular credits for the instruments only the composer and lyrics. BABYMETAL has mixed different genres with Metal since the beginning. "Shanti Shanti Shanti" is not Egyptian trance metal like Metalizm, but is instead based on Indian culture. For a slower song I must recommend "No Rain No Rainbow" at the Legend S - Baptism XX concert. It's the most beautiful rock/metal ballad I have ever heard and that specific performance is beyond perfection. Maybe look at the lyrics beforehand, or glance on your phone while watching. Put a watermark over the video to avoid a block. I can't pick a favorites from the new album, I like too many of them, but MAYA is admittedly really cool. You can only find fan cams from recent live shows in Europe and Asia, some of decent quality, others not so good.

Aber vorsicht, zwei Tage nach dem Konzert setzt dann der BM Blues ein....wie bei allem was einem gefällt will man halt das es nie mehr aufhöret XD . Lieblingssong ist wie immer schwer zu sagen, Monochromo und Metalizm sind aber weit oben. Die First Take Version von Monochromo ist auch zu gut um wahr zu sein. "METALIZMIZUMIZUMU" - great song - Middle Eastern/Egyptian/Arabian (or similar) trance metal at its best🤘🦊🤘 For a couple of slower BABYMETAL songs, one of Su-metal's solo songs is 'No Rain, No Rainbow' (the Legend S Baptism XX performance from December 2017 is the best, but it is likely to be blocked unless you take precautions like putting a watermark over the video). From this latest album try 'Monochrome' - the official lyric video first and then a stripped down piano version which you can find on a channel called The First Take. If you can find a live performance of that song it will be well worth watching that too.

"The Legend", from the same album as "Metalism", is a beautiful slow song as well. Congratulations on getting tickets to see them. You will have a huge smile frozen on your face for hours after it over. :) It's really hard for me to pick one song as my favorite from TOO but I know I play "Mirror Mirror" "Believing" and "Monochrome" the most. Over all I think "Believing" narrowly wins out.
Su smashed Bollywood metal with Shanti shanti shanti, had Sabaton dancing to her euro polka beat with Oh Majinai, and now she's got Arabian/Egyptian metal with Metalizm... this is my fave so far from the new album... This is like a darker sister of Shanti Shanti, love the way she does that yodeling thing with vocals, the choreo looks a lot like Shanti Shanti Shanti too.🤘🦊🤘
Cool, dass Du so schnell auf den Geschmack gekommen bist und schon zum Konzert gehst. Ich bin im November und Dezember auch dabei, für mich sind das dann das fünfte und sechste Mal. Bin auch schon ganz hibbelig. Die Fusion unterschiedlicher Genres war bei BABYMETAL eigentlich schon immer das Thema, allerdings würde ich sagen, dass es früher etwas Metal-lastiger war. Aber andere scheinen das anders zu sehen und bezeichnen das aktuelle Album als das härteste. Mein Lieblingsstück vom neuen Album wechselt mit der Stimmung, das war bei den früheren auch schon so. Es ist einfach alles gut. Monochrome ist sicher vorne mit dabei, manchmal Believing. Die erste Single, Divine Attack, fühlt sich für mich jetzt schon wie ein Klassiker an. Was langsame Stücke angeht, wurde eigentlich alles genannt. Ich bin froh, dass BABYMETAL auch in dieser Richtung Erstklassiges anbietet. Wenn Du Interesse hast, mal richtig in Su’s Gesang zu schwelgen, kannst Du Dich mal von der Piano-Version von Monochrome vom RUclips-Kanal The First Take vom Hocker hauen lassen.

I was lucky enough to experience this song live last month in Berlin and I have to say that the song kicks ass and the solos are so freaking amazing. To me, it was the peak moment of the setlist (and they played "Megitsune" one of my top favorites). You will NOT regret buying a ticket. I'm not a concert person, I prefer studio albums over live performances but Babymetal is an exception for me. Their music is meant to be experienced in person, and with Momometal being an official member now, and their new album, they are going off. Seeing all the love for Babymetal, seeing all the new fans and uploads on RUclips, and seeing them all over social media makes an older fan happy. Have fun!!! As for a slow song? Even though their tour shows aren't quite as grandiose as this one at PIA Arena, it's still an incredible experience because you have the chance to get a lot closer than you can if you see them in Japan. I've seen them in Japan and on tour and both have their charms. I was at the show in Yokohama where this was recorded and it was every bit as spectacular as it looks on video, but all the international fans were right down the back, so we didn't have the best view (wasn't terrible though). Conversely, when they came to Australia last week, I was able to be in the second row and I was about ten feet from the stage, so I got to see them up close. You're going to have a great time, but try to get there early so you can get as close to the stage as possible, and be ready for the mosh pit to get pretty wild. Avenger Momoko officially become Momometal at "Babymetal Begins: The Other One - Black Night & Clear Night" on April 1st & 2nd at PIA Arena MM in Yokohama. You can tell that this performance was filmed on Clear Night, because Momo now has a mic; on Black Night she was still an Avenger and didn't have one. Some slow Babymetal songs would be "No Rain, No Rainbow", "Akatsuki - Unfinished version", "The One" (particularly the Stairway To Living Legend version), and "Monochrome - Piano Version" on The First Take.
Good Reaction! I can feel your excitement and feel happy. My favorite songs on the latest album are all of them, but I especially like this one, "mirror mirror", and "Light and Darkness"." Monochrome" is exceptional. And be careful at the first show. Everything goes by so fast because there are so many elements to experience in BABYMETAL and they are all happening at the same time. Therefore, I recommend that you focus on one thing at a time: the vocals, the performance, the dancing, etc. Also, I believe the guitar part of this song will be performed live by the guitarist of Galactic Empire, a KAMI band from the west.

Ich werde im November auch wieder hingehen, zum dritten Mal dann, nach 2020 und 2023 im Rahmen der Sabaton Tour. Monochrome und Time Wave sind für mich so ganz vorne auf dem neuen Album, aber eigentlich mag ich alle Songs daraus, höre seit Monaten das Album rauf und runter an. Wie du schon bemerktest ist das schöne an Babymetal, dass sie so ein weites Spektrum haben und man immer wieder überrascht wird, was sie so alles zusammenkombinieren. Langsame Songs gibt es durchaus, wie Akatsuki (unfin. Vers.) oder No Rain No Rainbow. The Legend vom neuen Album ist auch eher ruhiger, oder Shine vom vorletzten Album, ist ein wunderschöner Song, allerdings ist er der mittlere Song einer Triologie zusammen mit Starlight als ersten Song und Arcadia als letzten Song die nicht so slow sind.
"Metalizm" ist im Moment mein Lieblingssong vom neuen Album. Gleich gefolgt von "Maya" und "Mirror Mirror". Genrell finde ich das Album ("The Other One") sehr gelungen, auch wenn es ruhig hätte noch 1-2 Tracks mehr haben können... Dir auf jeden Fall schonmal viel Spaß bei Deiner ersten BABYMETAL-Liveerfahrung!

This music video combines live video footage with the studio audio recording. The guitarist in the video is American but the sound is from a Japanese session musician. The usual Japanese Kami band members weren't available for this concert so they used the Western Metal Gods band who 1st appeared in their overseas shows in 2019. I was at the show in Yokohama where this was recorded and it was every bit as spectacular as it looks on video, but all the international fans were right down the back, so we didn't have the best view (wasn't terrible though). Conversely, when they came to Australia last week, I was able to be in the second row and I was about ten feet from the stage, so I got to see them up close. You're going to have a great time, but try to get there early so you can get as close to the stage as possible, and be ready for the mosh pit to get pretty wild.
Avenger Momoko officially become Momometal at "Babymetal Begins: The Other One - Black Night & Clear Night" on April 1st & 2nd at PIA Arena MM in Yokohama. You can tell that this performance was filmed on Clear Night, because Momo now has a mic; on Black Night she was still an Avenger and didn't have one.
Some slow Babymetal songs would be "No Rain, No Rainbow", "Akatsuki - Unfinished version", "The One" (particularly the Stairway To Living Legend version), and "Monochrome - Piano Version" on The First Take.

Good Reaction! I can feel your excitement and feel happy. My favorite songs on the latest album are all of them, but I especially like this one, "mirror mirror", and "Light and Darkness"." Monochrome" is exceptional. And be careful at the first show. Everything goes by so fast because there are so many elements to experience in BABYMETAL and they are all happening at the same time. Therefore, I recommend that you focus on one thing at a time: the vocals, the performance, the dancing, etc. Also, I believe the guitar part of this song will be performed live by the guitarist of Galactic Empire, a KAMI band from the west.

Wünsche dir alles Gute und viel Spaß auf deinem ersten Babymetal-Konzert. Babymetal ist einfach einzigartig, so voller positiver Energie. Ich werde im November auch wieder hingehen, zum dritten Mal dann, nach 2020 und 2023 im Rahmen der Sabaton Tour.
Monochrome und Time Wave sind für mich so ganz vorne auf dem neuen Album, aber eigentlich mag ich alle Songs daraus, höre seit Monaten das Album rauf und runter an. Wie du schon bemerktest ist das schöne an Babymetal, dass sie so ein weites Spektrum haben und man immer wieder überrascht wird, was sie so alles zusammenkombinieren.
Langsame Songs gibt es durchaus, wie Akatsuki (unfin. Vers.) oder No Rain No Rainbow. The Legend vom neuen Album ist auch eher ruhiger, oder Shine vom vorletzten Album, ist ein wunderschöner Song, allerdings ist er der mittlere Song einer Triologie zusammen mit Starlight als ersten Song und Arcadia als letzten Song die nicht so slow sind.

"Metalizm" ist im Moment mein Lieblingssong vom neuen Album. Gleich gefolgt von "Maya" und "Mirror Mirror". Genrell finde ich das Album ("The Other One") sehr gelungen, auch wenn es ruhig hätte noch 1-2 Tracks mehr haben können...

This music video combines live video footage with the studio audio recording. The guitarist in the video is American but the sound is from a Japanese session musician. The usual Japanese Kami band members weren't available for this concert so they used the Western Metal Gods band who 1st appeared in their overseas shows in 2019. They have had both bands play at some of the Japanese shows. The studio recordings usually have anonymous Japanese session musicians.
