- 6 days of diving from the Amelie Liveboard, departed from Hurghada Egypt on the 6th of May 2023. This was our first liveaboard experience but definetely not our last! We had a great time with a lot of beautiful dives, great food and fun on the boat. Special thanks for the crew of the Amelie for taking good care of us!

Hi Hans, thanks for your comment 😊 i use the sony a7s3 with the sony 28-60mm, for macro a flip adaptor with a 6+ inon diopter. I dont use special lights as i dont need the red color because i set the color balance manualy, i use 2 small orcatorches 😊

Hoi @@RobertoPiroddi, oh wist niet dat jij Nederlands was 🙂. Inderdaad, zie het nu ook juist. Mooie bestemmingen ook! We filmen dan nog eens met dezelfde set-up (ik wel nog maar half jaar). Wij zijn juist terug van Bahamas & Socorro, dus nu even niets op directe planning staan. Jij ?
@@Joeri2K3 Tof man, klinkt interessant, benieuwd naar de video! :) Wij zijn net terug uit Thailand, we zouden 11 dagen liveaboard doen, maar helaas ben ik vervelend komen te vallen, teen gebroken, hele vakantie naar de *****....grrrrr :( Binnenkort maar proberen in te halen, eerst mn voet weer goed krijgen :)

Thanks Visayan, yeah those dolphins were very playfull and curious and they were with us for quite some time 🥰 those sardines in Cebu look spectaculair too! 😄

@@RobertoPiroddi Yes, unfortunately my 2009 video is not fullframe 4K :-) but it was amazing experience, I value this scuba with dolphins 1000x more then any snorkeling/freediving stupid organized chasing dolphin trip :D And please watch newer Red Sea video, 14 minute version is in much better fullHD quality, with sharks, reefs and wrecks :-)
@@KateandPeterPhotography Yeah we also saw theme while snorkeling once but diving with them was definetely a whole different experience! 🥰

I see you are using a 28-60mm - did you use any wide angle dome or wet lens? and what brand and size is your macro lens?
Hi Sam! I didn't use anything for the wide end, some wide shots were made by my wife, who carried a gopro (like the dolphins at the end, my battery was dead as it was the end of the second dive that day :( for the macro i use a inon + 6 i believe diopter with a flip adapter 😊
@@RobertoPiroddi thank you. I have that same inon lens and I also have an inon wide angle wetlens with dome that I’ve been using for a RX100 setup. Hopefully it all works well with the 28-60mm setup I’m getting for the a7siii - your video has sold the camera to me
It's a superb camera for underwater, don't think u will be disapointed 😊
For wide angle u could take a look at the nauticam Wwl-1b
