A U15 team won against the women from Australia 7-0 and the women's DFB Team also played against a selection of 14 year olds, but the defeat was so embarrassing for them that the exact result is not known..

When I was in college, I regularly played basketball in the rec center. On occasions, the university women's team would come as a group and play in our "pick-up" games as a team. Even a group of guys who didn't routinely play together, ever do structured practice, and weren't good enough to play at the colligate level would beat them.
Same experience in grad school. A few of us would routinely play in the university req center. I don't think any of us played in HS. The division 1 woman's team sauntered in one afternoon and challenged us to a game. It wasn't even close. Mind you, we were all average sized...me being the tallest at 6' 1.5". We could shoot at least as well as they could, but were quicker and significantly stronger (and no, we didn't post up all the time). They never came back.

They were third in the league at the time We beat them 5-1 It was a strange feeling, we were all hesitant at the beginning. The numbers were like 10+:1 or sth like this and the coach said that we should "take it easy, please". Yes, we were all part of the "juniors" official team (not exactly junior stage, I dont have a better word for that, just one of many teams that were separated by year of birth that lead to official team eventually, one of the better polish teams at the time). Everybody who had an experience like this just knows how huge the difference in team sports can be. Its not hatred, its pure facts. 12 years olds beating the crap out of adults is not even a contest when we talk about adult vs adult. Also, further proof would be that one of the girls was playing in both teams (they allow that up to I think 16 years old), who was "average" at best compared to the bois, for sure worse than me (I played directly with her in the same squad) became a WORLD CLASS player - dont want to give names, respect her privacy. And me? I realised that im not good enough for that polish team, probably maybe good enough for worst polish teams, so I quit at 17 years old. This is the gap we are talking about.

What I observed is that, women play way better tactiaclly or at least way more tactical. Men or boys play (additionally?) more physical. The indiviuals top speed at women's is way closer than the men's. Naturally better tactical play is paying off more for women, since it's less likely to lose in power or strength against another individual on the women's field. At national level most men team members admire their women's tactical skill and discipline. Different basics, different football, but both at their top level respectively.

And yet, in basketball, I had to spare her as much as possible :). I didn't have to play either defense or offense to the fullest... Simply put, they are inferior physically, and I would say that tactically they are not at the level of men either.

At a Summertime family Event we hold every year she Played a 1 vs 1 with her 15 year old Cousin after they had a friendly yet heated dispute on who is a better Bball Player. They both Play competitively, and hard as their Ego's were in full Motion. it was 11 to 21, then they agreed to best of 3. Something like 14 to 21 and 11 to 21. He won all 3.

И они были постарше на год, нам было в среднем по 14, а им по 15. Та игра была просто шок - они были более тренированные, командная игра у них лучше налажена была, но и мы первый раз с девченками играли, а они уже были сформировавшиеся со всеми округлостями. Под кольцом было очень необычно бороться, то и дело какие то упругие части тела касались тебя.))) В общем мы им проиграли без шансов, а особенно убил момент, когда в начале 2-го тайма после розыгрыша спорного мяча наш игрок подобрал мяч и запулил его с 7 метров в свою корзину - он забыл, что после перерыва меняются сторонами, он в 1 тайме раз 5 кидал, но ни одного не попал, а в свою с 1 раза.))) Но до сих пор помню слова нашего тренера, который посмотрел девушек еще на разминке, подошел к нам и сказал - ну вы видите ребята, что вам ничего сегодня не светит, поэтому просто играйте и получайте удовольствие.)))

@@col8353 I have a similar story. When I've been 12 YO, me and the bois from my class have beaten 18+ official woman team in hockey in my city. The numbers were like 10+:1 or sth like this and the coach said that we should "take it easy, please". Yes, we were all part of the "juniors" official team (not exactly junior stage, I dont have a better word for that, just one of many teams that were separated by year of birth that lead to official team eventually, one of the better polish teams at the time).
Everybody who had an experience like this just knows how huge the difference in team sports can be. Its not hatred, its pure facts. 12 years olds beating the crap out of adults is not even a contest when we talk about adult vs adult. Also, further proof would be that one of the girls was playing in both teams (they allow that up to I think 16 years old), who was "average" at best compared to the bois, for sure worse than me (I played directly with her in the same squad) became a WORLD CLASS player - dont want to give names, respect her privacy. And me? I realised that im not good enough for that polish team, probably maybe good enough for worst polish teams, so I quit at 17 years old. This is the gap we are talking about.

What I observed is that, women play way better tactiaclly or at least way more tactical. Men or boys play (additionally?) more physical. The indiviuals top speed at women's is way closer than the men's. Naturally better tactical play is paying off more for women, since it's less likely to lose in power or strength against another individual on the women's field. At national level most men team members admire their women's tactical skill and discipline. Different basics, different football, but both at their top level respectively.

I played street basketball against one of the best players in BiH. We are about the same height, so I was the one who guarded her (1.88 cm)... At that time, she played for the perennial champion of Serbia at that time. I watched the friendly match between BiH and Serbia in Sarajevo when she scored 30 points for BiH, so - a serious player at the European level... And yet, in basketball, I had to spare her as much as possible :). I didn't have to play either defense or offense to the fullest... Only after 3 or 4 summers, after she played a season for a club in Spain, and I stopped training -I felt that she was physically better prepared than me and I had to play at maximum level. Simply put, they are inferior physically, and I would say that tactically they are not at the level of men either.

In Germany the U17 and U15 girls teams of the top clubs are playing in boys leagues. FC Bayern Munich U15 girls are playing in the second highest level in Munich for U14 boys. People fail to understand how good 15-16 year old boys are. Take Lamine Yamal as an example. He made his Barcelona debut when he was 15 and 9 months, meaning he was at least close to equal to a lot of adult professional players. Martin Ødegaard made his debut on the Norways national team before he turned 16, and made his debut for Real Madrid just after he turned 16. Now these are exceptions, as they are a lot better than your average 15 year olds, but still. Women would be closer to 14 year old boys

In 2015 my Niece was a 5'11" Point Guard for Her University Basketball team (Women's NCAA) . At a Summertime family Event we hold every year she Played a 1 vs 1 with her 15 year old Cousin after they had a friendly yet heated dispute on who is a better Bball Player. They both Play competitively, and hard as their Ego's were in full Motion.

My junior high boys basketball team scrimmaged the highschool girls varsity team...was 42-0 before they scored, final was 117-17, that was in 1975.
