I am looking forward to do the same magic with 900sq ft corner plot area with front and right side open to cross roads. (Approx Width 20ft and length 45ft) within 40lakhs project plus interior budget. 4bhk with attach toilet bathrooms, modular kitchen, double height main hall, zen garden, swimming pool, green walk path, greensitout and working space/indoor game/mini theatre room. Can you do it GLA?

I have a plot of 23*35,east facing. Want a house plan according to vastu also want to left 2 ft from 3 sides i.e; east west and north and 2.5 ft from south face ,so that I can go around my house means ghr ka parikarma v ho jaye.
