Hi, I'm Mel. I'm a Northern Irish eejit who spends a lot of time travelling around in a self-converted van (a 2003 Ford Transit to be exact). I'm also a musician, hence a wee song goes up here from time to time. I LOVE to be creative, am far too addicted to games (Holla if you sank too many hours into Stardew Valley too!), have the best Chihuahua in the world named Pebbles, and I generally just like to have a bit of banter and a good time! My broadband was down for 11 days and for a lot of the time my worry was catching up with RUclips videos. It was nice not too see much of all the bad news on social media (very limited when it comes to mobile data) and it felt like the kinda of 'semi-unplugging' I needed for a quick refresh. Very slowly catching up with all the youtube vids, podcasts are another matter!
Yes! That’s how I describe it to people a lot, like ‘un-plugging from the Matrix’, haha! It’s kinda nice to just live simply for a little while! 😊
Interesting to watch someone who's seemingly pretty strong minded discovering themselves on camera..
Makes me wonder if that's how true self discovery happens, essentially laying bare in front of a faceless audience.
At that point I guess you can say who cares if you know who you are.
