Flushing Meadows Pitch & Putt, Queens, NY, 2032. A clearly older (and perhaps wiser) Neil drains his putt and turns to the 12 year-old boy walking over to replace the flag stick. Neil touches the St. Rappeo medal hanging around his neck, smiles to himself, and says to the boy:
"Randy, it's time you heard the story of the night you were conceived."

In college I had a roommate just like Neil. He was a little bigger, a little stronger than everyone else and when he got drunk there was no stopping him. Literally everyone in that circle just let Neil do his thing and brought back the college memories.
Been 7 years, thanks for reminding how much I liked Killarney and the Dooks. Must return.

Played Dooks the day after they won the All Ireland Championship in 2015. Empty bottles of champagne were scattered throughout the course...fantastic celebration!

I watched the last 6 minutes with the biggest grin on my face. Soly said it best: looking back at Ireland, the first image comes to mind is us in that little circle, right next to the stage with the music blasting.
That's what those trips are really about imo, the golf is just an added bonus. Thanks for reminding me guys.

When I was in Killarney I went to The Laurels Pub and had their nachos with vegetarian chili. Not something you'd expect to find in Ireland but it was probably the best thing I ate that entire trip (other than the seafood chowder, that stuff is good).
