I’m having a lot of confusion with the “aux” or auxiliary mode. I don’t want to run it in aux mode because it’s making my power bill so high. I put it on heat and then auto option on bottom right side but shortly after it says “heat on aux”. Help!
Torii B, call for service is often an indicator that something has malfunction outside with the condenser. Really It could be anything but I would start with checking for shorts, fuses, and lastly the compactor.
This one is very close to what needs to be done, but as usual this video has All the irrelevant Jargon without a simple explanation to show you how to connect/reconnect to wifi and do an app set up. I'll give it a like. I'm annoyed at the lengthy explanation, but it does give somewhat of a solution. 4 stars

This particular model that I am demonstrating in the video does not have a scheduled feature. However, some thermostats do have the option to set a specific schedule on your thermostat for the fan, air, and or heat to turn on and off at certain times.
Good video but can you PLEASE do a video on the Emerson 1F83C-11NP Conventional (1H/1C) Thermostat. It is similar to the one in this video except for the bottom menu buttons. It is so difficult I want to pull it out the wall! Very frustrating. Thank you though for this video!
6:10 Why would you want 45F? You'd use that to just maintain a building at a minimum temp to protect the pipes from freezing but to keep your energy bills low. You'd only do that if you're not going to be occupying the building for a long time.
So you are probably running a programmed setting. In order for it to stay where you put it try selecting the “hold” option after setting it to your desired temperature. This will ensure that your thermostat holds whatever temperature you place it on. That’s the easiest way; however, if you really want to get into it you could find where the program settings are and set up your own schedule for what temperature it needs to be at whatever time you want.

MczzinLL, the cool on indicates that the ac is on. If you switch it to heat then it would say heat on. There is also an indicator that the fan is either in auto or on as well. Cool on simply indicates that your ac is powered on.

Lilian Arias, make sure you press them at the exact same time. The lock flashes when you press one before the other indicating that the stat is locked.
Ice Blue, this particular model does not have a time option. However if the one you have does have a time option there should be a selection in your menu.
Sabata Dupuch do you have the Emerson series 80 or a different model? If you have a different model it may be a different configuration to unlock the thermostat. What model do you have? I might be able to tell you what to do.
I'm not sure which one I have, it's the Emerson wifi, not sure about the series. But I got the internet back so I'm good for now, thanks. I looked in the Manuel the company provides and it says it cannot be unlocked without the internet, so I think the one I have you can't unlock it for any reason, which I find it to be very ridiculous.

I can't get back the cool on my screen system all it show me is heat on or off and now I can't tur. On my ac with out programing it

You would need an additional external actuate thermostat in order to do this. However, These thermostat should come pre-calibrated.

I don't like how you have to remove the whole Thermostat just to replace the batteries. Are all Non-Programmable Thermostats like that?
