Hey everyone!! 👋 Today's video is a bit of a mix, and I can't wait to catch up with you all! First up, it's New Carpet Day!! 🥳 Yep, I'm finally getting a fresh, cosy carpet installed, and let me tell you, it's already giving the whole place a new vibe. I take you through the before-and-after, and you know I'm doing a happy dance on that plush, soft new carpet 😄.
After that, I take you around B&M with me and I am showing you whats new in and some Christmas stocking ideas for the kids! Stay to the end and I also have a Christmas shopping haul for you and show you some of the gifts I have been picking up for the kids over the last few weeks which might give you some ideas for your little ones.
So grab a cup of something warm whilst we have a well over due catchup! and I will explain where I have been and give you a quick health update too! Something else to consider is also menopause symptoms. If you google the symptoms of perimenopause, a lot of weird health issues are also related to that. I’m currently learning about it as I’m going through the beginning stages.

Sending you so much love!! I feel daft even typing this, as my tough times have been based on what ifs.... Since last August, I have had crippling health anxiety. Not certain where it has come from, an idea, but not 100% sure. I've found it really hard to be motivated to do anything and have been back and forth to the doctors with a couple of hospital trips thrown in; Life is bloody hard at times.
Anyway, I hope that the New Year brings you good health and happier times ahead! Xxx
Omg hun you are not daft because it’s so weird you say this but I have severe health anxiety at the min and of course I’ve not been well but I am fearing things that I don’t even have it’s such a crippling anxiety and it’s a very real feeling so I know how you feel! My friend also has health anxiety since she turned 40 she’s scared the worst will happen and has gone to the hospital few times with fear the worst is happening to her so your not alone hun!! I wish I could help but the only thing we can do is get up and keep moving. Life is bloody hard and this year has felt the hardest for a lot of people I have spoken to so many people and they are all feeling it right now too and I just hope we can all go into the new year with a new found hope and motivation 😍 listen I’ll get you motivated in 2025 because I cannot wait to switch myself back on 😂 thank you so much for watching and commenting hun it means a lot and your comment will most likely help others feel less alone darling! I've felt so alone, even when I'm surrounded by people. I'm constantly in flight or fight and I never stop panicking, from the moment I wake up, to moment I go to sleep. I currently have symptoms of anxiety, which then heighten my anxiety because I'm feeling these things. I've had multiple blood tests, all of which have come back clear, apart from a possible B12 deficiency. I've started Cognitive behavioural therapy, but I don't feel I'm taking anything from it.
I wish I could give you a HUGE squeeze! Keep on being you beautiful because you're bloody amazing!!!!! Xxxx

Carpet is beautiful. As for lamp shades, look at the lenny lamp shade from dunelm with the black rim.
I have them and they look so good and way more expensive than they are- £28! We changed the flex to a black one (think that's what it's
called) to make it stand out more.
Because the shades are glass the light is really reflective. We used led filament light bulbs too. Let us know what you decide. 😊

Hi, can I ask how do you tieback your curtains in the livingroom? Are they on a hook? Great video as always 😊😊
It's actually scary how similar your health conditions sound to me. Took me 2 years to get diagnosis after multiple hospital trips / tests. I have tricuspid regurgitation and Supraventricular tachycardia, this causes my heart to go out of sync and then best too fast. This has caused pulmonary hypertension.
And for the dizziness I have Bilateral vestibular hypo function
And suffer with Vestibular migraines which causes intense dizziness 24/7! If you haven't heard of these or looked into them before I strongly would encourage you too as these conditions for me were caused by me being very poorly with covid and you sound so similar to me!! Xxx
Oh wow! That literally sounds like me!! I hope your ok hun (silly question I know) honestly it’s so tough isn’t it! My health has just gone downhill fast since last October it’s been hell it really has! .. they already said I had vestibular neuritis and vestibular migraine and I have medication for that for when it comes on but the palpitations are just so scary aren’t they! … if you don’t mind me asking once they diagnosed you with all of this have they been able to help you stop having these symptoms or lessen them? I honestly do hope you are feeling somewhat better at least after a diagnosis than before 🥰😘💖 xxx
@@TheMummyVlogger with my dizziness I went to a rehabilitation clinic at my hospital for a few months but I didn't get much improvement. With my heart I got put onto medication to stop my palpitations which it has done absolute wonders for me, if I don't take it I notice. I'm currently being monitored annually with an echocardiogram to see how much my leaky valve has deteriorated. the SVT they want to do ablation on and see if that helps, I've just had another 7 day heart monitor fitted and I'm awaiting my results from that. My consultant will decide after that if he wants to continue with just medication or if he wants to operate. If the leaky valve worsens over the years they will repair or replace that xxxxx
I have the same condition , bilateral vestibular hypofunction for the last six years. Finally diagnosed 18months ago. Dizziness with shaky eyes plus tinnitus. Really struggling because nobody really understands it. Waiting for vestibular rehabilitation but it’s not available locally. Same as you symptoms 24/7
@@TheMummyVlogger the dizziness I've learnt to live with. Did rehabilitation for a few months but didn't change too much for me. For my heart palpitations I've been on medication for the past 2 years and that has massively helped me! It's an anxiety medication most commonly used for heart palpitations propranolol. I'm currently being monitored closely and they are considering ablation. Xxx

Just buy washable white paint then you can mop the walls 😂 infact anyone that has a husband pets or kids should only buy washable paint no matter what colour saves on touch ups
