    Hello, another wonderful episode!
    One word of input, I love the structure and care that you and the team puts into these videos. I love the attention to detail, and the balance between education and history along with creating quality delicious drinks and beautiful visual content. Please don't take the advice of some viewers too seriously; I personally stay on this channel because of the quality talking, it makes me feel like I'm learning more than just how to make a drink, it adds another level of depth that sets your channel apart in a very positive way in my opinion. Keep being yourself, and that goes for your whole team. I, along with many others, love how you do it.
    Cheers!

      Here here. If people take issue with your talking, they should just read recipes instead. There's a lot of good content in all your videos and I think they're all the right length to learn a bit about each drink instead of just seeing someone pour ingredients in a shaker.
      I used to watch Tipsy Bartender since "college/club" drinks are a guilty pleasure of mine, but I unsubscribed when he went to his super short format. Boring/low effort content isn't worth my time. You guys obviously put a lot into each video and it shows.

    • @vismundcygnus2800
      @vismundcygnus2800 2 года назад

      Agreed. When you talk, it's worth hearing. Not just filling up the watch time.
      There is a place for short videos too. It's down to personal style, I think.
      Don't change your format.

    I, probably along with a number of other people, got into cocktails during the pandemic. Cocktails are special experiences that can be transformative. When I make cocktails for friends, I ask "How do you want to feel?" not "What do you want to drink?"
    It took me a while to find what I think are the best bartenders on the internet: How to Drink, Steve the Bartender, Bar Talk, Anders and my favorite, Cocktail Time. It's like having a conversation with a well informed, genteel friend. Thank you. - Dave

You are obviously a very skilled mixologist and learning from you via youtube is a blessing. I am constantly inspired by your content, and part of the reason for that is because you explain why you do things instead of just showing us.

      The trick is the saline's actual salt to water ratio. His is 1:4 so it's pretty potent. A lot of people mess this up when making a saline solution is what I've noticed. Also, you aren't going to taste "salt" you are just going to taste a more well balanced and flavorful version of the drink. Salt is one of the major 6 tastes (bitter, acid, salt, fat, sweet, umami), so finding a way to add that component to a drink that already has bitter, acid, and sweet will add a completely new dimension of flavor and balance.
