I think JP said previously they would tolerate negative GDP for some time. He's said time and time again that while it is painful now, if they don't get inflation under control, it will be much worse later. They either keep rates the same, or they increase them.
1.2 billion dollars is only 1% of BTC total market cap. meaning if they invested all of the 1.2B into BTC. it would only go up by 1%. It could also mean someone with more knowledge knows a big draw down is coming
A more realistic outcome for BTC is. The market cap will be higher than it is right now by this time next year.

To me that sounds like the money printing is causing the inflation. Instead of the economic growth. Before half the GDP estimate, but inflation is still rising, that sounds like residual money printing issues.
