Gotta say, I think Mirrodin Avenged would be a good card in this deck, both for card draw and to finish off creatures that block weaker rats.
At least use 'you are already dead ' which does the same thing but sounds cooler

Is there a reason to be actually playing blue lands instead of just Secluded Courtyard/Unclaimed Territory/Plaza of Heroes type stuff to cast Nashi? I guess those aren't the greatest for Push/Thoughtseize/Piper/CoCo compared to lands that are also/potentially black or green, but still seems odd to me.
Blue lands are almost free. They only can't cast 5 cards. Technically there are 10 spells in the deck that cannot be cast by the creature type lands. Plus you need actualy mana for piper and pack rat. You could put in a few, but putting in many would just make the manabase a lot worse. The upside is also pretty small. There are only 5 cards you actually need fixing on in the deck (3 nashi, 2 realmwalker) since the deck is almost monoB in the first place.

The new nashi is fine, but i was he was ninja support insteed of rat support. Might have made standard ninjas more playable
