The '70s was a great time to be a kid, watching Saturday morning cartoons.
I remember watching The Oddball Couple because I enjoyed the Klugman/Randall sitcom.
A friend of mine was so enthralled with the show Emergency! that he grew up to become a fireman. He would talk about both the live action show and its cartoon version, Emergency! +4.
I always thought having 4 teenagers with their pets joining firemen/paramedics on rescue missions was ludicrous. Talk about lawsuits waiting to happen!

OH, the ODDBALLS. That was unique for sure. I love the real Emergency, so I bet I would have loved the cartoon if I remembered it. NO joke. THe kids were in peril every episode.

Some of these I've heard about, like Gilligan's New Adventures/Planet. Some, like The Gary Coleman Show and Uncle Croc's Block. thankfully I've never heard of, LOL! Haven't checked out your Part 2 yet, but have you forgotten My Favorite Martian (which I think was fairly decent)? There was also the animated Star Trek, which I think was pretty good.

I'm now interested in seeing all these animated adventures. I wasn't around then, but now I have to find these! Mork, Happy Days & Gilligan all sound like a hoot, Laverne & Oddball Couple sounds at least fun and Emergency sounds like an adventure. MUSH, well, palatable, I guess?
