The fact they know why Hell exists yet also don't know that Hell works off a divine system is quite amazing. People are not just sent to Hell willy-nilly and it does not send people based off other's perspective of the being. If your in Hell then Hell deemed you evil enough to exist within it. You can not force Heaven and Hell to change their choice unless they feel like changing their choice.

Elizabeth hasn't been smiling I thought she'd be excited about saving her father. Is she taking what her mother, brothers, Henry, and Missing Children said into consideration about William being evil?

poor Elizabeth I have a feeling this part if the series is going to be were Elizabeth learns a very hard lesson on trust a lesson we must all learn at some point.
