I’ve seen a ton of people actually saying she had some major gastrointestinal issues, so I’m wondering if she had to get a colostomy bag or something and isn’t ready to be seen yet! It would explain her sitting in that photo with her kids in some loose and dark clothing and how thin she’s been. Also that buys her recovery time and time to get used to it.
