I was hoping that they would somehow return him to the movie (like Kiri makes smth and he comes back) and I didn’t pay close attention to this moment in the interview so I was still living my life hoping to see neteyam in avatar 3 until I saw your comment😭 I’m really hoping that he meant that he actually grew up faster and didn’t need to go to those set classes and not that his character died….
