Jon is a better striker, more dynamic and creative, but in terms of grappling, yes, Jon is a good wrestler but jiu-jitsu we haven't seen anything special. In terms of grappling, Jon can not compare in my opinion. Also I think Jon lost to Dominick and has had more close fights than Islam. Islam is also defensively responsible and has a very off beat rhythm like Dustin mentioned. Even strikers like Volk who look a million times better than Islam in striking still had trouble in that department. I personally think if they were the same size, Islam nullifies Jons strikes because Jon doesn't have the craziest power and Islam actually fights in the clinch and knows how to probably defend knees from the clinch.
