This is the real authentic Jamaican play that we used to entertain ourselves from back in the 80s living in Jamaica and at the same time we had visitors from overseas who understood few or some of our dilect language and those who were living in the rich areas uptown Jamaica, we had a hood laugh those time and even today in the millennium! Now migration have taken place to England 🏴 I'm still watching and enjoying myself watching them.

I can't stop watching this play - on repeat. It gives me a warm and close feeling of home Jamaica...though I have not lived in tenement housing, it all seems so real. My favourite play...and Michael is one hot strong Jamaican man.

That lady Annmarie Fuller is a very good actress. She used to appear in a radio drama series in Jamaica back in the 1980's. She was also prominent in the "Oliver at Large" series. I think she is best actress coming out of Jamaica. The roles she plays are believable. She unfortunately no longer in acting as she is now in church.

This play has so many lessons and it was presented in a very entertaining way.
Biggest lesson: when you bad mind and lie against people you think you're better than, your gonna head for a big fall! Pinky lose everything 'cause she wicked.
Watched this so many times and I was so lucky to find the clear DVD in HMV years ago as it was the only copy. 😊 Glad to see it on RUclips.

This is certainly an interesting, amusing and entertaining Jamaican play. Seemed like a real life experience for the most part. Great play, actors and actresses. It captures some real life characters and other story elements.
