From my perspective, all humans around the world world they're aware all basic knowledges. Tourists want happiness, relaxation, pleasant, no horrific, no sad/sorrow, etc. They don't want to see something like that in Cambodia. Hun Sen's have to change 100 %. They are china, Vietnam, and Hun Sen's!!
Hun Sen's families should be aware of that. Cambodians are human beings. they know everything. Hun Sen's should talk like that, cambodian got annoying about their speeches; but Cambodians are powerless, hopeless, and scared of them.
Cambodia is a dictatorship under the control of Vietnam and China, the participation of many mafia groups, and the center location of Southeast Asia. It's an unfortunate thing about Cambodia. There are some other ways to help Cambodia and the population, such as freedom of religion, rights, culture, democracy, etc. I am an ordinary citizen in the United States with a Khmer background. I leave it to the experts. I can do the participation at this moment.
Even Hun Sen's families are also. They are not guaranteed to be stable or unchangeable. They are just like everyone else's. What are their scenarios of their changes or turning to in the future? The way of Vietnam had controlled Khmer Krom, and we know it! Everyone can see by themselves.
Everything is changed and unstable according to Buddhism. There's something to do helping out for Cambodia ? Cambodia had suffered for many centuries already. And how many more centuries to come? I don't think these situations will reverse. Hun Sen's families are not going to change. We can't train the pope to be the elite special force. It never happened before.

Hun Sen's families had been conditioned since the beginning of their earliest age like that. They couldn't see the other ways, not a little tiny bit! Cambodia continues suffering and disappears off the map. My guess is only. That is all I know.
