just one thing. In this video Michael says to bake the pizza for 15 mins. On his website, the recipe instructions say to "Return the pan to the oven, reduce the heat to 375°F/190°C, and cook until the dough is cooked and the cheese is melted, 20 to 30 minutes". so, not sure which instructions to follow. Guess I'll experiment.. :)
