I didn't put the pedal to the metal because I had a leak in my brake line (my brake pedal would sink to the floor without effort and showed the pictures lol). So, I didn't wanna hit over 100mph and not be able to stop and crash/hit someone. But, after getting my brake line replaced I did beat a C6 grandsport. Still loving the jet stream blue and it's great to see you got the muffler delete! It sounds great!
Listen, if you look at the specs 0-60 and 1/4 mile of a c6 ls2 or ls3, it’s literally a few tenths, if that. NO way that the ls3 would take this car so something must have been up with the red one

Lol no, a stock ls3 should dyno anywhere form 360 to 390 bone stock and auto or manual... headers only w/tune can see 420+whp. The Ls3 can rev out higher too cuz the intake isnt a huge pos restriction like the ls2. As the years roll on the torque management gets worse and worse LS3 can make decent power with just a tune alone. Remember he bought used so he has no idea what may have been done, same for the cammed ls2 car, he had broken shyt when he bought so nobody knows the true state of each car here.
@@shaadydog1 True the condition of the cars can have a big impact however it is still a stretch, the ls3 is barely better than the ls2. Slap ls3 heads onto a stock ls2 and its pretty much a stock ls3. remember ls1s and ls2s are always used for 1000hp garage builds. Ls2s are still reliable as fuck.
Beyond337 so do i, I have an 05 LS2 with the 6 speed, got it 3 weeks ago in Austin, haven’t driven it too much because it’s been raining recently in Houston and I’m also trying to get familiar with the car, but damn is the car too quiet

@BB-sc9gjLs3 is the newer engine so obviously itll be faster but only slightly. honestly its not much of a difference. I own both and Ls2 and an Ls3
