I’m now on my Business journey and recently was approved for my 4th card Amex Business Prime Card for 3k. I have a total of 9 cards in 24 months so I know Chase I would have to wait for 2 years but I am eyeing that Amex BBC card. I also have a Bank of America Business Advantage unlimited rewards secured card since Feb. hoping to graduate next year then apply for that Amex BBC! Credit consolidation companies are not good. Did it thinking it was good thing. They don’t tell you if you want to open a business and get sba or bus line or loans they treat it like a bk…Don’t do it if you have good credit and can make your payments. Get a personal loan to do the consolidation instead apply with place like upgrade. Also Rad’s mentorship is tops and the best content I’ve seen by far.
A majority of those peeps charging people to get them their own business funding are the ones who learned the game from Him500.

Tip: For the AMEX line of credit, AMEX underwriting will only look at revenue starting with the day that your bank account is linked to your AMEX Blueprint profile. So if all of your revenue came in on the 1st but then you linked the account on the 6th, no revenue will be displayed.

Chase doesn’t allow limit reallocations from personal card to business card, only from business to business or personal to personal.

@@randiemoxley yes it is true. I tried to move limits from business to personal but they said it can’t be done. Only business to business or personal to personal.
My brother-in-law introduced me to a consultant who charged me 6.50% to get 1 business loan, 2 credit lines and 4 credit cards with a 0% introductory rate. He said they're not done, but so far got me an aggregate $745,000. I was happy to pay that fee and would probably have paid 10%, had he charged me that. I charge my clients 25% on contingency fees and my realtor charges me 6% every time I buy a property. Why do you think paying 10% is unethical? It's a sincere question.
I am thinking about joining your mentorship, but wonder why you did not answer this question. An answer would to all questions would be helpful to your followers as well as educational.

Where is the extra 25k coming from in the dscr 50k example? You take 50 put down 25 towards a hybrid loan put the other 25 into rehab then he says you put the lenders 25 into the rehab?? What 25 from the lender you paid the lender 25k for 250 you only have 25k left doesn’t add up please explain I am new to this

Seaching for truth. Tempted by funding companies and you have shed the light. Did Chase ink on my own and tried Wells bloc. Bussiness Account with them over a decade and they want docs?? Should I ask for lower limit without docs or just ignore and hope they push it through? Sorry, need help Dan.
I can't advise you financially but there are a lot of thoughts i have on this ...
I would def ask for a lower limit and see if that doc request goes away...
However to trump that what i did was have a very great banking relationship w/ Wells Fargo!
