Hi Adilson - Thanks for your question! I agree with you that it's hard to distinguish between /f/ and /v/ when native speakers say the phrase "if anything" very quickly. But I'd recommend using /f/, not /v/, as that sounds the most clear and the most natural. I hope this helps!

@fatnaeljaoui6179 it depend on your english level comprehension. This kind of videos focus on develop acquaring and first-step in listening skills, but, often to be more useful to use larger sentences, at least, 4 or five words to study
