Bro you shouldn't say islam came to abolish slavery, rather it stopped chatel slavery. Slavery was a necessary part of premodern life.
“Even if they were to see every sign, they would not believe in it; and if they see the Path of guidance, they do not take it as their way; and if they see the path of misguidance, they would take it as their way. Without even realizing, I often find myself talking like Ali Dawah when discussing religion in Facebook groups or with real life friends.
Ali uses very simple language and terms, and brings examples from everyday life to make the strongest case for our deen. He was actually the first person that popped up on my RUclips feed back in 2016, where he was in a heated discussion with an ex-Muslim. Though he’s been a Muslim for only a few years, if you listened to the discussion for just a few minutes, you might have thought Ali was a born Muslim, passionate about his deen, trying to explain it to the non-Muslim young lad.
I started watching him, then Hijab, and then both as a duo dealing with Sa Ra, Gary, Daniel, and many others until they became a trio when Zeeshan joined. Then Hamza (Myatt), Abbas, Adnan, Mansur, Hashim... the best people. The ones who remind you of the saying that every person enters your life for a reason. To change you for better or worse.
Hope and pray it's always for the better.

What I've noticed about people who leave Islam is that they never really knew the religion to begin with. A clear example is this man, who doesn't know much about Islam. When you only know your deen at a very high level, one can see why it's so easy to be misled. InshAllah he is guided back to the truth.
This man is an independant thinker. Ali trying to convert him. May he find the true God.

Almighty God actually sent the religion of Islam to all humanity starting from Adam. But people have distorted the message along the way.
What is Islam? Islam means accepting that God is one and not worshiping any being other than God.
God commanded this to people through the messengers he sent from Adam onwards. Just believe in me, the only God. Do not worship idols or worship people. He commanded you not to create a religion as you wish and not to change the message I sent you.
But the devil deceived people by whispering in their ears. That's why God has sent tens of thousands of prophets to people over ten thousand years.
And finally he sent the last prophet and preserved the Quran.
Because the day of judgment is now very close.
