Ressureccion Grimmjow, ressureccion harribel, and ressureccion Neliel made CFYOW kenpachi cry out in delight when he sensed their spiritual power levels. He was visibly impressed. But he was most impressed with grimmjow because his eyes focus solely on his spiritual power after. While it may not mean they are on kenpachi's level it definitely puts grimmjow, harribel, and neliel above the femritters.
People vastly downplay the arrancars. The sternritters came off as stronger because the shinigami were often given a bad matchup against them . If szyael had fought anyone other than mayori he would have caused havoc. He could take out most of the bambies by himself. A single of stafks ceros is enough to blow kyoraku back and deal significant damage, most ritters would die in one cero. None of the ritters other than gremmy have abilities to counter barragan. Grimmjow and noitora would acale to characters like bazz b and bg9. Ulquiorra in base was strong enough to bat away kisukes attack with ease. He could genuinely go against the shutzaffell in his first ressurrcion. Then you have backup characters like luppi qnd zammori who are as effective as cang du at least. Luppi even beat a zombie captain and destroyed 3 lieutenants and toshiros bankai in a few seconds, he's massively underrated. He even survived toshiros ice prison with minimal damage. The same Kisuke who in FKT has Aizen saying they were once equals in power before the Hogyoku,the same Aizen who can probably solo the Espada through sheer might? Early Arrancar and FKT Kisuke scale like complety different characters btw,i actually think Kubo fucked up bad with the powercreep there.
STERNRITTER were not able to defeat captains by stealing their bankai . Meanwhile espada fought captain toe to toe with their bankai . Ulquiora>> every low sternritters.
You forget the fact that the Soul Reapers they fought are stronger than the ones the Espada fought after nearly 2 years of training, along with some of them training after the 1st invasion.

Barragan was the best hax, Starrk has the best speed, and Haribel has the best AP. So the difference is negligible here. Gremmy is a Schutzstaffel. He has the Schutzstaffel coat. Askin was promoted to Schutzstaffel because Gremmy died. The Schutzstaffel are the ones with the best hax in the Sternritters, so obviously Gremmy should be there. There is not a single Schrift that is better than the Schrifts of the Schutzstaffel. Robert's hax is insane. He should be able to just blitz the Espada. For Starrk fans, "Stark opposes with all his power, Kyoraku who uses his full powers, but the latter goes even higher than him. " Shunsui was holding back in the fight. This is when he was about to face Aizen, so it makes sense he would start to use all his power. This Starrk isn't much stronger than FKT Toshiro anyways. FB arc Toshiro is enough to stomp Starrk. Base BF1 Bazz can one shot this Toshiro, so you better believe Bazz is one shotting Starrk. Robert was doing really well against Shunsui, and this Shunsui isn't holding back.
