I lost my greatest love and our unborn pēpi.. he's still alive but with a new wāhine. I'm a filipina living in the UK but I fell in love with Aotearoa when i visited and started learning te reo māori, it remains my goal and dream to move to NZ despite all the bitter feelings and no longer having anyone in Aotearoa that i know and can be there with me.
This song is very healing and touching to listen to and sing along to. NUI TE AROHA
I cry everytime I hear this song. I'm from a native american tribe but this song reminds me of my beloved brother and dad I lost 4 years ago. They were my everything. 💞
Ataahua! I want my kids and moko's to learn this so when I go home to nz at Christmas we can sing this to my 3 brothers that passed last year👍💖💚❤💙

When I was younger I was in the singing group at my school and we had a disability school in our school. One day we went and performed there because one of the kids had died. This is the song we performed
