Hi nespresso, I bought a creatista plus and in the video you mentioned fresh potable water. Can I use reverse osmosis water or do I have to use mineral water? I'm still unsure on which to use since both are drinkable water but one has lesser limescale build up and the other doesnt corrode the metal parts of the machine
You can use whichever fresh potable water you're most comfortable with. Regardless of which type of water you choose to use, the machine should be regularly descaled when alerted.
@@nespresso Thank you, I was worried I would have to install some sort of fancy alkaline water filter when I already have a RO water dispenser for convenience.
Dear Naizon, Thank you for your question! We will be happy to give you tips on how to make the tastiest milk foam. We recommend using long-life whole cow's milk. You can find this in the supermarket outside the fridge. If you are going to use the milk for frothing, we recommend using it at home from the fridge. Have fun creating your own latte art!
Good afternoon Giannhs. All the available Nespresso machines in Greece can be found here: bit.ly/3brvJDG. Similar to that one, you may find Creatista Plus: bit.ly/2VkTQ1j. We remain at your disposal.
Hi Stacey! Please know that we have not been made aware of this model yet. Be assured that if it is launched in Canada, you will be informed via our website. Cheers!
im having trouble doing any kind of latte art.. I dunno why but when i do a shot of Nespresso, the crema layer is just too thick, this doesn't allow the milk to form a layer on top.. its weird.. everytime i do latte art i have to remove that crema layer from the espresso before i put milk.. thats the only solution... anyone else facing this?
Hi Kareen, we cannot confirm when this machine will be available in UAE. Please stay tuned on our social media pages to be the first to know about new product launches. Thank you.
it does have that. in order to get a cold foam you need to place the milk jug away from the heat lever . its a small button/magnet that you see at the bottom of the grate where the jug sits on.you place the jug away from it and you can actually make cold froth
@@haneykhoury354That would probably cause the milk to ”overheat” because the temperature sensor is not making contact with the jug. I believe the heating comes from the steam that is also necessary to froth the milk.
You make it look so wonderfully easy. Practice makes perfect I guess.
The heart was such an iconic swap
😂😂😂😂😂😂
The heart... Are you kidding?
ㅍ😊😊
Very nice video editing.
The heart hahahahaha
Always loving Nespresso❤️☕

@@nespresso so if I use reverse osmosis water, it wont damage the nespresso internals?
There should not be issue with using reverse osmosis water.

Hi Sarah, feel free to give us a call for support at 800-562-1465.
It sounds like you’re pouring the milk too slow. Too slow = nothing forms on top. Too fast = lots of white foam and no crema
same problem too
What is the price of this machine ?

it is possible to make latte art, but only if you froth manually, i will post a video later on
The milk foam ia unacceptable, there is no thickness!!! Please fix it!!!
your flat white foam was as thick as my cappuccino's foam...
As always, the master needs first practice
말이야 쉽지 연습만 1주일 하는데 하트도 못만든다
